Home2 Suites by Hilton Memphis East Germantown

Terrible wayfinding. Very confusing sharing building and elevator with HGI but no signs directing to H2 rooms. Breakfast buffet was pathetic. Housekeeping Terrible, did not refresh towels, coffee. Requests to front desk returned incorrectly.

Our room was perfect for us. It was nice sized with all the amenities we were looking for.

The carpet in the hallway was filthy ice machine on our floor was broken

Location & the hotel was extremely clean

They charged me $50 fee in case of room damage...that will be refunded...

Clean, nice people, decent parking, great pet policy, nice gym area

The queen sized bed was definitely not a queen size. Me and my partner barely had room compared to our queen size at home. The width was roughly 4-5 inches shorter than a real Queen bed.

Rooms are nice. I liked the location. Staff was very friendly. Sade was great.

The kitchenette in the room

Friendly staff and well ran place.

Staff was fantastic!

AC stopped working overnight

Location.

Nothing that comes to mind.

Very clean very nice staff and excellent service

Flat iron for hair I had forgotten mine but I also didn’t ask if they had one either.

Nice location- felt safeDelicious hot breakfastFriendly staff

Garbage disposal in room had a foul odorHot water in shower was not strong, and shower head too high to reach it comfortably to adjust nozzle. Water leaks onto floor during shower

The breakfast had lots of options. The big bed was comfortable. The location was perfect.

The pool was no longer open- but I had talked to someone the day before who said it was. There wasn't any bedding for the pullout bed so we requested that and then they didn't bring any pillows. The pullout bed was not comfy.

Very clean very nice staff and excellent service

Flat iron for hair I had forgotten mine but I also didn’t ask if they had one either.

The room was dirty. I had to clean the bathroom floor it was greasy and sticky. . The microwave was filthy. The shower floor needed cleaning with an abrasive cleaner like Ajax or Bonami. Everything else was great

Location is good and it was clean

Way over priced, rooms and beds to small

Location

Stains all over the couch. Sheets didn’t look clean and my shower was cold in the a.m. totally unacceptable for a hotel that costs $200/ night

clean, beautiful and luminous.

no breakfast in Sunday when I paid for breakfast included.

Good

We got to our room, and it was not clean. They still had trash on the table, and they did not remove the use soap. To say the least, we were not happy. We will not choose this location again

It was clean and affordable. Nice staff, just wanted some hot food. Went to Waffle House instead, Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying.

We like the Suite accommodations with lots of counter space and lots of open shelving to place items.

Access to the front desk after coming in the main entrance is terrible as it is filled with couches and chairs. Have to walk around everything just to get to the desk and this is difficult with hands full of luggage. Have been on the road for 21 days now and have had an included breakfast in all but 2 locations. At this particular location, the breakfast provided was without a doubt the worst meal of our trip. The entrees are pre-packaged items and are nothing short of disgusting. A cold boiled egg was many times better than the hot food provided. Also, only Queen beds at this location which is very disappointing. There is room for a King.
