Hotel employee was phenomenal.

Parking stayed full. Breakfast options limited.

The location was perfect for my needs. Close to stores and restaurants.

Clean the elevators more often

Just that the tv in the room was parallel with the bed so you had to lay on your side to watch it and the person on the right side of the bed can't see the tv due to the person laying on the left side. Very poor design!!!

This hotel has easy access in Memphis. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. My husband particularly loved The southern gravy.! Good parking, and lighting.

IT WAS EVENING I EXPECTED BEING IN GERMANTOWN. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND THE AMENITIES WERE UP TO PAR.

Didn't have a toilet one day. They were supposed to clean our room on Sunday and they did not and I could never get a manager to hear about our complaints. Will never use them again.

The hotel is always our favorite.

SERVED OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST TWO DAYS IN A ROW. DID NOT HAVE SPOONS TO EAT THE OATMEAL. ALSO SERVED CERAL WITHOUT SPOONS. CAN UNDERSTAND ONE DAY BUT TWO DAYS. WOW JUST WOW

Breakfast was awesome. Rooms was modern, clean, and very functional. Service was great.

They didn't have a dark roast coffee available during breakfast? That's about the most negative thing I can think of.

From out of town and wanted to extend my stay for an extra day but was sold out? Confused when I am already occupying the room until 11:00. Also the room was not properly clean trash on floor. Customer satisfaction I thought was the key.

It’s a new hotel and beautifully designed.

The breakfast staff at a minimum were condescending at best they were rude. Please don’t ask for a cup of water at the breakfast bar!

It was new and in a good location.

Hairs in the bathroom. Pillows were poor quality. Room was not ready. Staff was unfriendly.

Large room with nice bathroom and living room area.

Not much storage space for clothes.

Considering the time we are living in, all the employees were especially nice and helpful

I understand that the COVID pandemic has food services messed up, but to offer a breakfast buffet and there really not be one and to have one person handling several people on the weekend,was somewhat disappointing. like maybe have two people available.
