Pros +
- Food mostly good. They were out of bagels at 940am. I asked for a bagel. Server brought 2 bags to fill tray. Told me a lil cold n he left. The bagels were frozen no bagel cutter or knife to cut I struggled with plastic knife did not work. No servers came out after that until 20am when they took everything away n cleared by 1004am

- Large comfortable room and good breakfast -friendly staff

- The bathroom too small. Could not open door very well toilet right there.Our room was cold when we arrived. Tried to turn on heat at unit. Buttons did not work called down Mgr said to u se thermostat on wall. It would not work. He finally came up to get thermostat to work. Mgr acted like I should know to use thermastT. The thermostat was not out in open had to look for it.
