Location was quiet. No kids running around unattended

Room was not adequately cleaned. Toothpaste on side of bathroom sink. Bathroom floor was not clean. Leftover food stains on several surfaces. Sticky floor in one elevator including entrance strip. I cleaned all these things myself with wipes.

Maid service none.Smoked sausage for breakfast seemed like it was just takened out of package and served.Just disappointed with the price I paid.

Room was not properly serviced from the last group. Items left in the refrigerator and melted ice left in the ice bucket. Hopefully this is a one-off experience, but I was disappointed.

The location was perfect, and the staff was excellent.

We needed more drawers for our folded clothes. There was very little shelf space.

Our stay was very nice except for two things which were awful and very weak coffee(Best Western has great coffee). The bed ( King) was like sleeping on a brick. Won’t be back! Will stay at Best Western. I know they have good coffee and beds are comforta

This hotel completely met our expectations. It was clean, reasonably sized for a family of 4, and the price was very affordable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Staff - especially the hotel employee - were very helpful, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was varied and convenient. Parking was free and available.

Internet was not accessible. The room door stuck and I was not able to open it without shoving against it.

Bedside lamp had a layer of dust. Blood like smear on door by lock handle. Needs bathroom exhaust fan to handle humidity from 3 ppl showering sequentially.

Comfortable beds and pillows.

The water smelt very odd and the room I was in was an a joint room occupied by people who seemed to bake/ cook in the room. The odors from the cooking were quite intrusive.

The room was not cleaned daily. The sheets caused allergic reaction to my wife. The fitness center air conditioner was not working. There were no towels in the fitness center and the fitness center was dirty. Breakfast was just fair.

The hotel is in a good location, has friendly staff, it was clean, rooms were comfortable. I would recommend it!!

We were just there overnight but room was as expected - very clean and nice. Plenty of restaurants close by also.

At midnight a very noisy group of what sounded like high school or college age boys arrived slamming doors and being very loud. I didn't call the front desk - just turned on the fan in room to drown them out. It happens on a Friday night.

This hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The common areas were very beautiful, relaxing and comfortable for sitting and talking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was plentiful and good. Great location.

Check in guy was so thoughtful, really appeared to like his job and care about the guests.
