Mountain Inn & Suites

It was old with paint patches on the wall and it smelled musty. Tv was super small for a hotel and fridge was dirty inside. Shower head also old and very crusty. Kinda gross.

The hotel was in a beautiful area.

The online photos of the hotel were deceiving. The hotel was rundown and dirty. Another¿s guests soap was still in our tub. There was also hair on the tray with the cups/ice bucket and a large piece of cookie on the floor. Stingy with breakfast food

The hotel was close to the AT .

Everything smelled like smoke and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Bathroom smelled of sour urine.

The hotel was well cleaned. Perfect location!! The staff was friendly.

The hotel is old and needs updating. There were holes in the walls and tiles missing in the bathroom. Water took long time to get hot and shower heads need replacing. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel.

Location

The AC did not work and I had to change rooms. I stayed in a much nicer room and hotel (Holiday Inn) the night before and paid less. The cost did not match the facilities, old carpet and looking room.

The overall experience was great. I especially liked its location in reference to the Interstate highway access.

The a/c in the room didn't cool down well enough. Even when set on 62 it was warm in the room at night.

Breakfast

We were put in a handicap room. My wife wanted to take a warm bath but the surprise was on me, no bathtub! I was under the impression the guest would request a handicap room. At best they should of informed me when I made the reservation.

The room was very clean. Looked liked it had been recently painted. Was very satisfied with it. Had no complaints. Continental breakfast was very good. The two ladys at the front desk were very nice. Would stay there again.

first floor mold on ceiling tiles and carpet was old & torn looked dirty, flooring after the carpet had a hole and looked real cheap. In my room toilet seat didn't fit the toilet and pinched my leg and bathtub was dirty and backed up. Outside was a mess

Nice place. Price a little high for standard hotel is remote location but a good experience.

Convenient to what we needed to do - the breakfast was a cut above most other motel breakfasts we have experienced. Couldn't be more pleased with our stay.

The room sink was very slow in draining - left a note with the main desk who said they would remedy the situation. We've found this problem with many other motels which is the reason we travel with a can of Drano. We failed to take Drano on this trip.

Location was close to our destination for state tournament softball

We booked a non smoking room and was put on a smoking floor. Also the floor smelled like marijuana smoke,told the staff they did nothing to try to fix it nor did they offer us another room on a different floor.I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone!

Older hotel however, they met our expectations. The staff was berry friendly. Definitely a southern hospitality.

Nothing. We checked in and didn't stay. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Moved to a different hotel in Johnson City.

It was very dirty. The room was in bad condition. Definitely did not meet our expectations for even a 2.5 star hotel. Extremely disappointed, especially with the condition of the bathroom in the room. We didn't stay.

This hotel was close to our hiking destination on the Appalachian Trail. The bed was clean and comfortable. From the breakfast selection I had a cheese egg, sausage bagel sandwich that was very good. The coffee was good as well.

Landscaping and pressure washing would be simple adjustments that would complement what this hotel has to offer.

Easy to find, great breakfast. Quiet.

Pervasive scent throughout hotel perhaps trying to cover cigarette odor? Door to bathroom hits toilet so you cannot open door fully. Ceiling light in room did not have a cover.

Price and location, last minute plsbs to Bristol night race and this motel was reasonably close with easy travel to Bristol Motor Speedway.
