Great location and good breakfast. Room was clean but musty

Hotel needs a good update. Starting to become rundown. Dirty flooring in the hallways and the room. Toilet paper stuffed around a sprinkler in the room bathroom to cover the hole around it. Some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Overall its a tired hotel

The billing as pay later only - not able to charge card when at site when booked through company credit card therefore the check-in process was not smooth and required additional time.

Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and juice

I had problems with the TV that could not be fixed or the next day

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and smelled fine, and the hot breakfast was great. Close to the interstate but quiet. All for a great price. Will definitely come here again.

Difficult to get someone at the front desk.

I have a little difficulty getting in and out of tubs so I was very happy to see the grab bars in the tub enclosure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel employee explained everything upon my checkin. The housekeeping staff was helpful and courtesy too.

The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. She made sure that everything was clean and stocked.

In the morning before we checked out there was no one at the desk to talk to.

The room was disappointing. The accessible shower (was not expecting that and I had small children I couldn?t bathe without a tub) was filthy. A quarter of a toilet paper roll was put on top of the empty rolls left on the holder. The pool was closed.

Pool was under construction and no one informed us about that. We went to visit our grandchildren told them we were going to go swimming. They as well as we, were very disappointed. If someone had told us at check in, we would not have told them.

No water in the pool. Did not state this on website. Also could not close curtains in room to block light. Room was very humid.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had more options than we expected.

We could never get our TV to work. The room was difficult to warm up.

We were visiting family and got the room because it included a pool-we were going to let our granddaughter swim. They told us it had been closed since April. Didn¿t see that coming.

Vehicle was damaged in car overnight. Looks like another vehicle scraped side while pulling in or backing out next to us. Not hotel's issue but requesting video footage as this guest didn't have the character to leave note on car or advise front desk.

Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great coffee. Nice hot relaxing bath. Great location.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Did not eat the breakfast but they did have a good variety of items.

A little outdated, even though the room was clean there was peeling in the ceiling in the bathroom and toilet a little wobbly but did not ruin my stay.

It was in need of a deep cleaning, the paint was peeling, the door barely locked, and the AC/heat unit was moldy and smelled bad.

I didn't get to stay even after I purchased it They didnt tell me after paying to get my key I have to leave another 100 for deposit.

Location was great. Price was reasonable.

Room smelled musty. Bathroom smelled like a cat litter box. Had trouble setting the room HVAC unit.
