Non smoking room but the bedspread had several burn marks. Towels/wash cloths very dingy and stained. Refrigerator had mold on shelf.

Yes staff is rude and room was disgusting and filthy check in and 20mins later check out

It was really sketchy the door was very hard to lock the strip at the bottom of the door was missing so there was atleast an inch gap open underneath the door there was a hole in the wall the size ur fist and the smell of pot was very strong I left

Lack of cleanliness!!!! Lack of cool air! Received many bug bites on face and R arm!! I won¿t be staýing here in the future. I couldn¿t wait to check out!

Absolutely nothing!

They put us on the backside of the motel. There were doors open and people yelling, loud music and even a Pitbull dog running around without a leash from one of the rooms. We did not feel safe. We did not get a refund and we did not even go into the room

location met our needs

This hotel was misrepresented - it was NOT more than a star and 1/2 maybe. The beds were not good, it wasn't clean, and it seemed that there were full time residents who party together in the parking lot on the weekend (at least saturday night)

Courteous staff

Room was rundown and not up to Choice International's other properties. Won't stay there again.

Cleanliness

I booked a handicap accessible room because I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. We didn't get that even though I specifically told the clerk it was what I needed.

Absolutely NOTHING!

STAY AWAY. Upon chcking in I was charged $ 30 more. When I questioned it the owner said they dont have a computer to see my res. After complaining about the large cost the owner refused us a room. Because of this we had to sleep in the car. DONT STAYH

Nasty

This property is very bad the room was very nasty. The ceiling paint was falling down the heat did not work properly the bedding has stains all over it. The bathroom tube was very very dirty The door to the room had a huge gap in it you could see outside e through the huge gaps in the door and the cold wind was blowing right through the door. Me and my dad had to check out. This property is very should not be on any hotel apps. I would warn anyone that is thinking about booking please don’t. I wish i would have taken pictures. We had to check out and find another place.

Old run down motel

Run down old motel. One of the lights didn't work. Cigarette holes in bedding. One towel, one wash cloth No telephone, clock or coffee maker in room.

Never again

Holes in the walls, everything in the room was rusted or broken/chipped, there was hair in the shower, the first room they put me in had a door that wouldn't even latch so they moved me to another room and when my key quit working, the guy at the desk just hit my door until it opened which means the door could have been opened by anyone at any time. The sheets and towels were all stained. There was a massive gap under the door, the pillows were lumpy and wore out. I walked around for a good hour or so before I realized my feet were getting filthy, the floor was NASTY.

A disgusting place, run by people who just want your money.

The room I was assigned had white spackle all over the place - on every wall, in the bathroom even. The only piece of furniture, a small dresser, was missing the front panel of the middle drawer. Even the door didn't work right - I had to shoulder it in after unlocking it. It wasn't habitable. When I complained, they said, and I quote, "what do you expect for the cheapest room in town?", and then refused to refund my money because I had booked it thru booking.com. (Booking.com had them refund me so I am made whole)

A/c was cold and the wifi was accessible.

The bathroom was comparable to that of a linen closet.

The room was terrible. Blood stains, dirty furniture, walls nasty. Will never go back

I had to swat bust my way into the room, there was burn holes in EVERYTHING. There was at least 2 dozen holes in the room. The bathroom was missing the door handle. The check in staff tried to charge me almost DOUBLE and was dismissive when I showed him my reservation. I was then told to go back to my vehicle and wait... they have a waiting room. Pictures versus what you get are NOT the same.
