Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dickson by IHG

We needed a place to stay in the area and both the night and day desk people were extremely pleasant

Mold on ceiling in bathroom above shower, room had musty smell. Juice machine was not working and refrig stop working. Person came quickly to fix but I had already finished my breakfast

I've come to expect more from Holiday Inn Express over the years , however this one only had 2.5 stars so I didn't expect to much.

Didn't like the fact that they advertise pet friendly then charge an extra 50 after you get there

One of the best hotel stays I've had. Not a 4 star but as clean and neat as one, room did not have the typical somewhat-musty smell of carpet wear, pool was pleasantly warm enough for kids to swim comfortably for hours. Wish I could take this hotel along.

Body wash was empty, but no issues using my own body wash.

Night audit worker was AMAZING. I think her name was Lauren she was so helpful and polite . We are traveling across country and she made the stay the bast we¿ve had

The staff was very friendly. I didn¿t have any issues with resolving any issues I had. It was a quiet hotel and made resting and putting kids to sleep very easy.

Some of the linens were spotted or stained. When we first arrived, I checked the linens and they were stained. I called up for freak towels and got them right away. A few of those were stained too. Seems that the hotel is in need of new linens.

Convenient location to the Interstate. Easy check-in, check-out. Breakfast was sufficient, met our needs. Staff was polite and helpful.

Location to I-40

Not kept up. Room ok but general appearance of lobby, elevator, etc. below standard.

Very loud at night because of the location near the interstate. lots of heavy truck traffic. Heated pool was freezing cold .

Friendly and helpful staff! So much so that my son made a comment about how nice the lady was that checked us in. Our room wasn¿t ready, because we checked in early, but Instead of making us wait we were put in another room! The pool was well loved!

Not during this stay. This was my first time at this hotel and I will definitely come back!

This was a great place to stay. Exceptionally clean, great staff, very comfortable room and nice hot breakfast. And the location was perfect just off of the interstate.. and a Cracker Barrel nearby!

Cannot find one negative thing to say about this hotel.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. My elderly Mother got urned around somehow and had wandered to the next hotel and was lost. They helped me locate her when I was in a panic and went through surveillance video to see where she went. Found!

Convenient location. Very clean.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Great bed.

Disappointed that they were not serving their famous cinnamon rolls. The shower was not what I have experienced in this brand before.

Everything was great. My room was very clean and comfortable.

My only complaint was the air conditioner was pretty noisy but to be fair it was like 97 degrees outside so it was working hard to keep my room cool.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Room design and location were great.

Did not like the lack of a freezer in the refrigerator. No where to freeze icepacks. Front desk was courteous when I asked them to freeze them for me. In the morning they were only half frozen. Not sufficient to keep insulin and perishables cold.

The location was right next to a highway with semi trucks running all night - unfortunately the sound of the trucks was so loud that out of 8 hours I maybe slept 2 - I tried to change my room but it was not possible - they need to upgrade the windows

Staff, cleanliness and the professionalism displayed while conveying a pleasant, friendly attitude.

Newly remodeled. Nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast buffet was marvelous! Staff pleasant a. Very accommodating.

We asked for 2 queen beds. They did not have any but upgraded us to a King suite.

On Monday (Memorial Day) they closed the free breakfast bar at 9:20. Lots of people were coming down to eat breakfast at 9:30 & there was nothing. Could have left some apples & bananas out. Or muffins if any left. We slept in a little later.
