Quality Inn Dandridge

This is the cleanest and most comfortable Quality Inn that I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Plus, I had my dog with me and they only charged $15!

Beautiful location! Everything was clean and sanitary.

The included breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were very firm, - extremely overcooked. The biscuits and gravy were a big disappoint. Dry biscuits and thin, watery gravy. A minimal investment could make the breakfast much better.

The room was very clean and staff were very friendly.

The grey sitting chair was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

Easy to find. Close to the concert that we went for.

The hotel only had outside doors. Had to go up stairs. We are seniors and like inside rooms now. I thought from the picture that all rooms were inside. The location near the intersate and room on that side was noisy all night from the traffic!!!!!

The staff, especially Donna, was very friendly! She was very accommodating to our late check-in. The room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Great choices, plenty of fresh food!

Great location on/off the highway. Breakfast was fine, no fresh fruit, but other options.

Slight smell to the room even though it was non-smoking, but not terrible.

That was the shortest toilet I have ever sat on. My knees were up to my chest. Would be good for a child to sit on!!!!

The toilet seat was loose, I let staff know and also told her it was ok to fix when we left. Night time really sucked, it got really humid in our room and i turned the ac/fan on . It cut off around 1am and quit working. We got no sleep.

Easy to find, and made you sign a release that you wouldn¿t clean ducks or wild game in the bathroom
