Townhome Inn & Suites

This place is a dump and was so bad that I just went and bought a totally different hotel. Used to be a nice hotel when it was called country inn. It got bought by private equity I'm sure and stripped of all of its good parts.

Tile floor was very dirty, had to change rooms at 1:00 am because of loud guests in next room.

Great location, but horrible experience due to other people smoking in rooms next to me.

The smell of cigarette smoke in my room at all hours of the day from other people smoking in adjacent rooms was bad enough for me to never stay here again. horrible. I reported it to the front desk, but they didn’t take any action.

I left a pair of slacks in my room on accident. When I called they said they would look so I could pick it up later, but when I called back they said room service couldn't find it. Either no one actually looked, or they took them.

Yes they do not serve tea. I think that it is a discriminatory practice against tea drinkers.

Felt a bit old and cheaply refurbished, the floors were kind of spongy with vinyl planks and the toilet was extremely low to the ground

Next to a night club if you get a room on that side... the music is loud up to a certain time.

FINDING A PUDDLE OF WATER WHEN I CHECKED IN MY ROOM THAN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT FLOOR WAS FULL OF WATER

The breakfast was good, my room was just what I wanted. I requested a walk-in shower, and I received one. All- in- all the room was clean and comfortable.

The location.

The breakfast was elementary. There were not many options for milk. They force you to take 1% milk and don't provide honey for use on your bread.

TV was not a smart TV. only cable channels available. not able to steam. would've been a 10 if one was available.

The staff were professional and kind. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows.

It is run-downed. Needs lots of repairs. Hairs in tub. Floors seemed to be uneven. Smelled marijuana (not legal) from rooms when walking down the hall. I actually was nervous there. Business center printer broke. Ice on main floor. More like a DaysInn.

There were ants in both of the beds and a very large cluster of them going up the wall right next to the bed. The grounds people started cutting grass and weed eating at 630am right outside our window!

Cleanliness and overall appearance

The rooms are clean.

They have an icemaker on the 3rd floor that makes that area very hot. You can feel the heat once you get out of the elvator. The ICE machine needs to be somewhere else or find a way to push the heat generated to the outside.

I was bitten by bed bugs and requested a refund but was not refunded

Unlike some other reviews, this motel was very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff ran it..

Room smelled a little like cigarette smoke ¿ but cleared out soon..
