Clean and convenient cheap as well

Location was perfect and I'm always satisfied with them I have used them many times before

The sink in our room was falling down off the wall but that's about all

Staff was nice

All water came out brown at first. Toilet water never went clear. No hot water in shower. No lamp in room. Brownish red spots on bed comforter.

Location, especially its proximity to retail (Costco) and the highway. Cordova is a nice suburb of Memphis

there was construction taking place, so the entrance was blocked but there was lack of signage to tell us where to go to check in at the reception.

bad acoustics- any door closing anywhere on the floor was loud in the room, trucks in the parking lot making noise in the night, mini refrigerator was very loud

It was close to where I was working priced rite and lots of good restaurants close by

Breakfast was a little skimpy

I liked the water pressure in the shower

1.Room small 2.Room dirty when we arrived 3. Didn¿t get clean every day 4.Hair dryer was busted off the wall 5.asked for late checkout and refused 6.Several cars were vandalized 7.no channel guide 8.no safe

Nothing it was nasty and unsafe.

The sheets were dirty they had blood stains on them. I didn¿t feel safe. I ended my trip early because of the poor conditions and unsafe environment.

The room was very large and in a quiet spot.

The couch in the room had terrible dark stains on it.

Nothing the room was too expensive and they were price gouging due to an emergency in Memphis

Friendly helpful staff. Asked for and again got a room facing the back. I asked if Costco still had individual pizza slices and he said yes and try the mango slushy. Costco isnt stingy on pepperoni at $1.99 a slice. Rainy night so I didnt want to go far.

Queen rooms arent large but ok for a solo.

I asked for a room facing away from the freeway and he gave me a quiet room away from traffic. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast adequate to start my morning, blueberry muffins and a couple tiny but sweet tangerines. Coffee and OJ.

Room was small 1 queen. I would have liked a lamp on the desk, instead of back lighting. Still a pleasant stay.

Very clean & well kept

Even though our room was non smoking the smoke smell was strong, purchased a air freshener which did help some.

Staff was clearly working to accommodate guests and maintaining the property

Breakfast was continental so Nothing warm to eat, but that is not a big deal.

It was clean, smelled good. Decorated nicely. Included everything mentioned in the description.

Room bed very hard. very small bed. Very very small queen room. Felt like a hospital room. Hotel smelled funny.

The room was not clean. The fitted bed sheet had mascara and stains. There was hair on the toilet and things in the trash. The ac unit and phone in the room did not work. The manager was not friendly. It was not a good experience.

The towels were not clean. The furniture was broken in the room. There was no ice bucket in the room.

the health department should be notified it is so nasty

The atmosphere is homey and quiet! It's nestled back off the road and it has always been clean and smelling like fresh laundry in the dryer..the employees and manager are all so nice and helpful and welcoming....I'd stay here time and time again!
