There was a hot breakfast available which was pretty much the only positive point.

The carpet just beyond the front desk I had a huge wet spot and a caution don't slip and fall sign, the laundry service was out of service and the sign looked like it had been there for a very long time, the elevator was awful, not clean at all.

Location was very hard to find Numerous things were out of order. The elevator had a sign saying “only 3 adults at a time “

The breakfast was awful, the iron didn't work the ironing board was broken.

I killed a giant roach in the room up on the second floor. If there are some up there, there are more in other parts of the hotel.

Value and location

Parking was terrible horrible.…. Lots of utility trucks taking up 4+ spots

Absolutely the nastiest room I have ever been in. Non smoking room with cigarettes burns in all the furniture. Something white and crusty on the floors. Stains on mattress you could see through sheets and headboard had hair grease on it. Nasty.

Staff was very friendly

The hotel needs an over haul it needs floors, elevators, it's old and has an odor not worth my money

I like everything about this hotel. It is in a peaceful location. It is quiet and the staff is very friendly.

No towels--not for swimming or bathing, staff stated we could wash our towels on site for $1.50

There was a lot of remodeling going on in the building. Our room was very nice and clean and decorated nicely.

The room needed cleaning. Sticky substance on the nightstand. Bathroom floor needed mopping. There was roaches in the bathroom.

Small square pillows..... Sparse poor quality breakfast....... Overall drab appearance of hotel common areas

Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel itself needs a few repairs. The elevator needs to be deep cleaned and better working condition. The smell of weed was strong the evening we stayed. The location was sketchy. I was afraid of parking in certain areas due to lack of lighting.

Our room did not have any wifi reception, my child who I was taking on vacation could not connect their devices at all.. nor could I. We could only connect when we went to the front of the hotel. It was basically a dead zone room 124.

check in was very helpful. Large room with tall ceiling. Good bed, pillows, comforter. Location right next to Costco for gourmet munchies and a great barbecue restaurant nearby.

The hotel wait staff was excellent. He was willing, able, and professional.

The parking lot situation is awful (threatening to tow if too near other hotel. Entrance is not welcoming visually. Signage needs to be improved if this is the situation for parking.

The bed was comfy

Thin walls heard the people up stairs and next door. The shower did not work so I couldn¿t freshen up glad I only stayed the night. The cable went out so that sucked. House keeping came knocking on the door at 8:30 check out 11

It was tucked away, quiet, clean and SO comfortable!

Nothing at all. I loved my experience.

Leaving

We should of been told that there were renovations going on. Very little parking.Dirty hall floors.Also having an overflowing toilet wasn't a prize either.They did come immediatly and take care of it. Breakfast wasn't the best either!
