Comfort Suites Columbia I-65

Location

Needs to be gutted and remodeled. 5 gallon bucket was in the middle of where breakfast was to be served catching water from the ceiling. No coffee was available. A sign was on the coffee machine stating it was broken. I refused breakfast, unsanitary.

Close to main highway

This is DEFINITELY not an 8.0 rated hotel. There were stains in the carpet, vinyl plank flooring was lifting. It served the purpose for the stay, but I expect better for a 8.0.

Very spacious room and comfortable

The breakfast lady was very rude and the way she watched you like you were going to steal something was very creepy

Hotel felt old and poorly maintained. The A/C in our room didn?t work and we had to switch rooms as we were trying to go to bed.

The hotel room was dirty and the entire hotel smelled. Don?t let the pictures fool you it looks nice and clean but when you get in the room the tub wasn?t clean and the walls were black. The floor was sticky.

CLEAN ROOMS, COMFORTABLE BEDS, EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN THE ROOM, SPACIOUS ROOMS, THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMIDATING.

Location is excellent Breakfast was very disgusting served dead gray sausage that I had to spit out at first bite, buffet was very disappointing wouldn't recommend going there drastic decline in overall experience

I called ahead to make sure pool was open so I could enjoy time with my grandchildren in it and they said yes it is open. when we arrived at asked again at the front desk if pool is open and they said yes the heating element is broken though, very upset.

All the staff were understanding of my father having cancer n going through chemo and worked with us

The hotel clerk was busy with a personal call for the 15 minutes I waited at check in, the breakfast aminity was lacking a key factor.... no food; they had toast and water; no other items such as eggs or meat (front desk confirmed they are out)

Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable.

Check in process was slower than normal but personnel was very nice.

Easy access from the freeway with restaurants basically right in the parking lot along with gasoline. Very convenient when traveling

Very close to the highway. Easy to find. Staff was very pleasant and tried to help with issues.

Deadbolt didn¿t work on the first room. Second room wasn¿t cleaned well. Coffee on the counter, fridge dirty, shower curtain dirty. Silverfish in the bathroom. Fire alarm went off (malfunctioned) at 10pm.

The spaciousness of the room was outstanding with plenty of room for everything we had brought and everything that we needed. The bed was actually kind of soft, which for me with 8 back surgeries was excellent and made our stay much more pleasurable.

The motel at this time does not clean, make beds or tidy up rooms on Sundays. The staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful, except for the manager.
