Worst hotel ever not even hot water no fridge tv was broken unit was out of the wall terrible stay

Never staying there again

No hot water. Pool closed. Breakfast sucked. I saw staff spit on the floor. Everything in the bathroom was coming off the walls.

The bedding!

When I arrived, I was notified that there was no hot water. Since MARCH! Mold in the bathroom, pool closed outlets not working, sliding door broken, miserable breakfast…

The price

Water problems, test fire alarms with no warning in the morning, shot lights in the bathroom and main room, and barking dogs tied right outside of my window, belonging to another customer, just left a very bad impression on my stay

No hot water in the building for a week but we werent informed beforehand. Japenese red beetles all over the window/curtains. Chipped dresser around the mini fridge and edge of the desk. Ice machines unplugged. Only 2 little bars of soap.

The hotel was NOT clean and the breakfast buffet was poor!! The only good thing about the hotel is the limited staff, they were kind

Hotel room bathroom was not very clean. The tub had missing and moldy caulking. The room also smelled of smoke. Breakfast was not the best. Pool and fitness room were not operational.

Location.

My room didn?t have a mini fridge like it was supposed to so I had to move all of my things to a different room on a different level. The staff here are never at the desk in the mornings and do not answer the phone between 0545-0620 in the mornings.

The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was ok. Good coffee. The morning staff was way better than the night staff at addressing concerns.

The floor in the bathroom was slick like greasy, someone else?s clothes had been left in the closet which made me question how well the room had been cleaned. The overhead light in the bathroom was glitching out, staff said maybe it?s not supposed to work

The tv did not work the first night we got there- the second night it was fixed but only got 4 channels but when we turned it on, it asked us to air stream and the air stream name was something EXTREMELY inappropriate. No food at breakfast or coffee.

Check in person very polite, his first week working and he didn't get flustered. Very polite

Shower walls need scrubbed, you can see soap scum build up, but other than that, very nice people clean beds, great breakfast

They ask for a 200 dollar cash deposit if you live in all middle Tennessee suposledy people that live here have a tendency to vandalism absolutely insulting and discriminatory

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE NOT FRIENDLY THEY PROMISED ME A ROLL AWAY AND THERE WERE NONE AVAILABLE THERE ICE MACHINE ON THE FLOOR WAS OUT OF ORDER

Staff wasn't very friendly, wet towels in bathroom, pool was closed, phone didn't work, no ice machine on my floor, police were at hotel every day.

Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Nicely decorated.

Some parts of the hotel were being updated, there was no ice machine on the 3rd floor. I always like having a pool.. but it was closed for maintenance.. I should have checked that out before booking, as that is important to me.

Southern hospitality. Staff were professional and very capable. They were friendly. Room was excellent value. Cleanliness was adequate.

Quiet atmosphere . Complimentary buffet breakfast.
