Very clean and well kept inside and out

Surprised by the $65 pet fee only made aware of at check in,had I known this large amount fee we probably wouldn't have chosen. This fee should be disclosed up front when booking.

Nothing! Horrible staff on top of a dirty hotel that smelled like insecticide!

Breakfast.

Water was not even warm for a shower. We turned it on the evening & morning of our stay & it was cold!

There was mold on the shower and we reported the thermostat was not working and nothing was done to fix it. Highway noise is constant all night.

The room they gave me faced the freeway and and exit ramp. Trucks noise all night, couldn'tsleep

Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water

The front desk staff made it right by moving us to another room as soon as we brought it to their attention, but the first room assigned had a very strong bleach odor¿ so strong it burned our eyes unless the hallway door was left open.

Clean and the beds were great

The noise from the highway is too much. I¿m not sure I would stay here again because of it although everything else was great!

It was a very nice and new. Very clean and the staff was friendly.

The only thing that was bad was the elevator was slow.

Road construction .. half of road closed and not well marked especially at night. Could easily gone in a ditch at night if not already aware

It was very clean and the staff had obviously paid attention to detail while preparing the room.

Long story short a family above was being obnoxiously loud at a late hour. After many conversations with staff and an unanswered visit to the offending room, they were finally moved sometime after midnight. My family was asked to move first. Ridiculous.

It is right off the highway.

I had to ask for sheets and a blanket for the pull out bed and despite advertising an included hot breakfast, there was none the morning we stayed because the breakfast attendant never showed up. We had coffee and apples.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

No. Everything was great!

Room 206 was nice. King bed with a lounge chair. All was in proper order. Breakfast was good.

Regarding the bathroom: hair on the floor caulk in tub missing The wallpaper had been removed , but the adhesive was left on the walls. thin coat of paint unsuccessfully attempted to cover up the residue. Painters tape still around mirror

The only issue that I found was that the hotel seems it has been renovated, but there are some small details on the physical space that shows the previous run down hotel. Can not pin point each of them. It's something you notice when in the bathroom.

Bathroom look outdated on certain details. Like under the sink, bathtub, shower,some other ones.

It was located where we needed to stop for the night.

Compared to other Holiday Inn hotels that I have stayed in, the room was smaller. Tub looked like it had mold.

Room was very large. Comfortable fold out couch bed too. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.
