Quality Inn Columbia I-65

The staff excellent! Anything I needed they got for me and also the night shift.They made my stay very pleasant.I didn't need my room cleaned because I kept it clean,I just needed towels,soap,coffee packs and trash bags.I love this hotel!

No elevator!

The game, "was it bed bugs or ticks"

Musty moldy smell in room 111. Everything was wet and damp including the beds and towels. There were short n curlys in 1 bed. We left withing 10 mins of arrival when I noticed all the bugs on my legs. I showed 1 of the bugs to front desk ,she claimedticks

Location is convenient

The family who lives in and manages the hotel own a dog. The dog barks all night and even tried to bite my wife. On the last night of our stay, the staff were arguing loudly for almost 4 hours. Will not return

Pretty nice hotel, friendly staff, quiet evenings.

Pools jets weren?t working, the water was very stagnant. It?s smelled like cigarettes in the hallways when it was a smoke free area?

the breakfast was no good, the bed covers were heavily stained & the tv only had a few channels

No elevator and night front desk was outside smoking and not friendly at all.

Location, close to interstate and close proximity to a lot of amenities

could have had a better selection for breakfast

Cost but for how it was it should have been cheaper

Dirty run down first room beds were not even made. Smelly bugs on the floors.

Indoor pool

The heater in the room was hanging out of the enclosure and very cold air blowing in around it and it apparently has thin walls because we was kept up half the night with Spanish Music and singing.

Nice Hotel, room was nice as was the pool and breakfast.

The breakfast was great! The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and smelled good.

Could be a better breakfast

The Hotel is terrible. Multiple light flickering in the lobby. Our first room smelled like stale smoke. The walls were stained, marked up and had foreign objects on the wall. The couch, sheets, mattress were totally stained and dirty.

Bed mattress topper didn?t actually cover the whole mattress, and the pillows were small little squares that you would expect to be on a couch or something and they were yellow. The microwave wasn?t plugged up. I had to carry it to an outlet to plug it up

Room was dirty. Foot prints and dirt marks on the walls and bathroom floor. Mysterious red splatter (blood??) on the wall.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. Leftover food and drinks were left in the fridge. Hair on the bathroom floor, cracked sink, sticky floor, and I don't even know if the bedsheets were clean.

Cleanliness and conveniencr

A free breakfast was advertised, but was told the owner has been out of the country and the breakfast had been discontinued.

I didn't it was dirty and there was construction going on and no ice machine or other standard amenities.

Everything except the staff.

I didn¿t like anything about the hotel. The manager had me talked into getting a refund ( that never really happened and he knew it wouldn¿t work the entire time) before I was even in the lobby.

The way the manager made it seem super easy to get a refund knowing good and well it wasn¿t going to happen.
