Front desk was excellent

We were switched from 2 rooms to a 3rd rooms 311 and 315 did not any hot water!!!!! Finally room 325 did. we were very unhappy!!!!

Service and location

Pool and hottub were not working as well as a crack in the shower wall

Staff friendly and facility clean

Too little staff at night when fully booked dealing with soccer teams. Other parents allowing their kids to run around hotel, knocking on doors, throwing ice. Being loud.

could not order dinner bc of construction, room was crowded, not enough towels, desk was not helpful.

It was a clean hotel.

The air conditioner was so loud I was not able to sleep. I checked out at 6am because it was just to much.

The beds are so comfortable, and I love design of the rooms and lobby.

The hot tub was foaming and the pool water was not clear, and there was an oder that prevented me from using either.

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean.

I arrived late (my flight was late). It was after midnight. I was exhausted. It took more than 30 mins to check in. First the computer needed to be fired up (slowly), then they had trouble inputting my credit card info. Painful.

Excellent lighting in the parking lot and visible security patrols. Staff was pleasant.

Renovation is underway with hotel currently in disarray. Dated and worn bathroom with cracked tiles in shower and damaged door that can¿t close. Overcrowded and extremely noisy lobby upon arrival. Absurd $350 credit card hold upon check in for 1 night.

It was comfortable and felt safe.

Our room was right across from the elevators. We could hear the dinging sound of the elevator at all hours. The $350 incidental hold seemed excessive.

Very dissatisfied with the incidental hold amount placed on my credit card. The hold amount is normally around $100. It was $-- at this particular location which extremely high due to bad experiences with other guests. I am getting penalized .

I had a charge added to my credit card which wasn¿t ours. After I made 3 phone calls to Courtyard they said it would be credited back to me.

The room was very nice and the staff was very professional.

Was hoping exercise room would be a bit larger as well as the pool.

the bed was nice

they licked me out of my room at 203 then I had to pay for another room after me and my wife got back from getting married I was not too happy paying the extra money when we had a honeymoon to pay for

The thing I liked about the hotel was the bed and the decor.The room had an adequate layout.

Space in the room and price I paid

The shower needs a detailed cleaning.

The location was the best part of my experience

The way me and my children where left with no where to go after the hotel room our money with no refund because we didn't show up in time the guy said we did a no show when I was standing in his face it was beyond me never again no way.

Great location, easy access to expressway, near great shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.
