Hampton Inn Memphis/Collierville

The quality of the room, cotton sheets, comfy pillows, convenient arm chair with pillow and cocktail table, nice breakfast options. Water bottles upon arrival. Lime water and coffee in lobby beyond breakfast hours.

I was asked to provide my credit card for a $35 refundble fee for "incidentals." This seemed unnecessary and outside policy.

Great staff

Poor TV channel choices. Very limited. No reason to have such poor selection this day and age. I've avoided Hamton inn before due to this issue.

There was a dog that barked all weekend, next door,and our room smelled like a animal had been there, they should have pet only rooms,my wife has allergies very bad animal hair inclusive

It was good, clean, and well kept! Our room was up to par and we felt safe in the area.

Breakfast buffet

Cost was not worth the ---/ day charge this was a $--/day hotel the water pressure was insulting I've had watering containers for my plants that had more pressure. The bathroom had lots of mismatched unfinished paint it was loud next to the laundry/ exit

It was a bit older, but well maintained. The staff was very pleasant.

A mistake was made and assigned us to the wrong room. They did offer to allow us to move, but we had already accepted the room. The breakfast selections were mediocre.

Check in staff was friendly. Pool was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast area was messy and unattended.

Nice big screen TV , quiet air conditioning, nice bedding duvet and pillows.

Major rail line across the highway from the hotel was a little noisy but you get accustom to it. WIFI was up and down.
