Water in tub when we arrived. Shower curtain wouldn't stay shut cause rings were broken. Room was 80 degrees when we arrived cause they didn't have the AC on. It's Tennessee mid June.

Found baby roach on bed as we was leaving

Easy to get to. Close to my family in Collierville.The bed was ok. All we were looking for was a place to sleep.

WiFi did not work. Stained pillow cases. Smoke alarm was dangling from a wire from the ceiling. Bad fitting door on bathroom. Mold on bathroom floors. Sheetrock was cracked with tape pulling off. Breakfast was mediocre at best but did the job.

The location. Cleanliness and quiet

The room was clean and the biggest selling point is the air conditioning for me. This go around it was serviced perfectly with this Memphis weather. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

The issues I found this go around was the faucet in tub was dripping, a towel frozen in freezer, and when I moved clock found roaches crawling as well I¿m the closet and the walls were not clean.

Staff was great and the hot breakfast was good with it being restocked frequently. The beds were good and the room looked clean. Was good for a short stop.

The room needed alot of help. The door was missing the upper safety lock. The Sink looks to have been shattered and poorly glued back together. The faucet was loose and felt like it was going to break. The tub had rust spots. Would not stay here again.

staff allowed large moving van to occupy 4 parking spaces in front of rooms when plenty of parking away from building ,forced me to unload in down pour away from bldg. staff was oblivious of truck till i complained the next day. truck moved 8 hrs later

It was in a good location staff was very helpful

The only thing my fiancé and i liked was the location. The area was quiet and everything was nearby.

The room itself was DISGUSTING. There were holes everywhere, the shower was filthy, they was a HUGE mysterious brown spot in the middle of the floor. The shower head was broken and the tub itself was dirty. Our king size bed was broken. HORRIBLE!

The peace. The price was reasonable .

Roaches were there. And the tub had rust in the bottom. The lobby too far to walk for breakfast.

We were not able to stay there for a family emergency and they refused to refund our stay.

Great location, room was clean. Fridge and microwave a bonus. Older hotel, but met our needs and great rates.

Location, nothing else very disappointed

Actually left the overall hotel was very dirty, and in need of upgrades. Clerk refused to refund my money and I left anyway which speaks volumes to my experience

Some of the staff didn't know what they were doing. No outdoor pool as advertised. The free breakfast included a few slices of bread and bagel, cereal, spoiled milk, 3 spoiled yogurt, biscuits, spoiled waffle mix, 3 apples, orange and Apple juice, coffee
