Douglas Inn and Suites Cleveland

I liked the fact that the room was clean and accessible to all the stores in the area.

The hotel staff was very rude. I booked a room with two queen beds and sleeps up to four people but upon arriving I was told I would have to pay an additional charge because it was three adults and the room is only supposed to have two adults.

Everything, price, location, cleanliness, staff, good tv reception and options, amenities, hot water, cool ac. Repeat guest. The only place I stay when in the area.

Always clean and fresh!

I took a long time for the hot water to come. But it did come on and worked well once it did.

The hotel is very conveniently located for our needs, and it was the better value ie. price/star-rated hotel in the area.

As this a hotel we have frequently been to, unfortunately, the hotel breakfast has changed and downgraded. Though, they still do have breakfast, which is appreciated.

Location to Interstate 75 and pet friendly.

Very poor breakfast choices. OJ was sour. No rolls, bagels or fruit.

First room had a cockroach upon inspection, second room TV didn't work upon inspection, third room was okay but there was some broken fixtures and furniture . There was a young boy with no shoes on coughing and laying his head down on the cafe owner's son

Customer Service was fabulous;

There was not a working exhaust in the bathroom - which was small. A fan will help reduce steam during showers as well as reduce mildew/mold in the future.

Do not choose to stay here for the free breakfast...I would't feed it to my worst enemy's dog. Do stay for the cold showers and heebie jeebies from the roaches running around your room. It's no wonder they don't offer a cancellation policy.

I went through 2 rooms both were not clean. I attempted to stay in the second one until I found a live tick on the wall. I gave up, left and found somewhere else to stay.

Great location right off 75. Simple but nice, budget friendly stop for a night after traveling. Nice moderate breakfast. Rooms have been redone, and lots of channels on TV.

Close to 75, Cracker Barrel behind the hotel and it takes pets.

There was no orange juice for breakfast

Only negative is the sound from outside. I was given a room where the door went out and there was traffic and people noise

Bugs in room, and door was not lined up so we couldn't lock the deadbolt.

Filthy! 2 bugs as soon as we walked in. A third bedbug on the pillow. Stains on pillowcases and sheets. Old French fries on the floor. Disgusting place!
