Not enough towels in room there was only one and we were a group of 5. Had to keep asking for towels overall it was great. Staff was very nice.

My granddaughter had to stay overnight because my husband got admitted to the hospital. For her she loved the pool but for me the beds where very comfortable.

Modern and clean.

The room had an awful smell & the windows didn't open. We thought the smell was likely the cleaning product they use. We requested a ground level room in writing & by calling several days before. They did not accomodate us. Dog poop all over the grounds.

There was a stain on the couch. Some pet stains on carpet that I cleaned up.

Great location, quiet, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

After booking found that our king size bed was a pet friendly room and had a smell and dogs were barking as we looked at the room and had to take a queen bed on another floor and that bed was harder than any surface known to man.

 the housekeeper, was very efficient and kind. Checking in was quick and the receptionist was courteous. It was so nice not having to hear the fan on in the bathroom.

I only wish there had been another small table in the room because my husband had to bring his keyboard to practice for church this Sunday. We don't like to put our suitcases on the floor because years ago we had a bad experience in a local hotel.

I don't think they were adequately prepared for the huge number of kids they were accommadating this last weekend.

Stayed there because of the pool which was closed for all three days...had I known would have stayed next door at best western

This hotel was in a great location. We stayed one night on our way to Florida, it was easy to find not far from the freeway.The hotel called to confirm an ETA & that we were traveling with a dog.Our room was ready when we arrived and check-in went smoothly. The hotel smelled good, was very clean and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room seemed recently updated (no carpet...what a plus) and the furnishings were modern. This was a great hotel, already booked a room for our return trip. Don't hesitate to stay here.
