The lady who worked on the breakfast. She is a real asset to you. She was so nice, helpful, clean, courteous and knowledgeable.

The bed was hard. The pool was closed. No hot tub.The hand towels looked questionable.

Location from I75. Decent breakfast.

Staff member unfriendly, didn¿t even tell us it room number. duvet cover and sheets all messed up and came apart. definitely need better bedding. Would not return. Too pricey for an off the road hotel. other Fairfield¿s we have found superior.

Cleanliness, easy access from interstate.

Yes, the room was small and the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Seriously, for the money we spent it was totally not worth the overnight stay. I think it¿s extremely ridiculous to pay that kind of money for small, unclean, older rooms.

The room was not large, but it was very clean and comfortable. The staff did an exceptional job of ensuring the hot breakfast was kept well stocked and the food was fresh. Check in and check out were very efficient.

IT WAS VERY CLEAN. Breakfast was very good, hot and well attended.

the hair dryer did not work & the clock at bedside did not work. It was hard to locate hotel at night

The pool was messed up, the curtains were broke and morning staff made rude gestures

Our stay was honestly pretty perfect. Our room was clean, spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was also extremely good. We¿ll be back

Great location. Rooms are small but OK for a one night pit stop. Had difficulties checking in. Pool was out of order but no big deal. Guest computers were down was a big deal. Breakfast was sub standard.

A little too close to the freeway as I am a light sleeper, but other than that, perfect.

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Exactly what I expected for the price I paid. We were in a Double with 2 queens and beds were fine.

Interstate noise at night is awful. The free breakfast is now COVID-19 modified (to be expected but needs to be notated more on website). This means free coffee, fruit, pre-packaged muffins and yogurt.

The staff is awesome. And it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in.

The room I was in was closest to the interstate and even with the window closed and a fan going I had trouble getting to sleep from the noise of the vehicles passing by on the interstate

Location and appearance

Our room was super small and cramped!! I stay at Marriott hotels frequently and haven't ever had a room this small. cramped! The bed took up almost all the room. VERY uncomfortable. No room to open up our suitcases.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet with nice atmosphere.

The person above me was a super hard Walker. Each time the walked across the floor I could hear each step especially 5am getting ready for the day, Sat. morning.
