The room has a mold issue.. it was next to the laundry so probably the problem. I was so tired I just covered my nose and slept instead of getting another room

Front desk does not answer the phone when calling in directly from a cell phone. On several occasions, phone just rings and rings. I was also placed on hold, then told to expect call back, 1.5 hours went by with no return call. Female employee

Comfortable and clean. Convenient to food and gas and stores.

Large breakfast area with good selections.

Road noise, but didn't interfere with sleeping.

Bathroom had musty/moldy smell and had to keep door which stuck terribly always closed. Elevator out of order. Not likely to use BW Plus ever again.

Hotel was very clean, despite the renovations. The rooms were super clean. It was close to pretty much everything. Excellent location.

Everything was excellent. From check-in to check-out. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This location is deplorable. The elevator operated and sounded straight out of a horror movie. All floors were filthy. Hotel is renovating but it¿s 5x worse than what should be expected during a remodel. We checked out immediately and went to Holiday Inn.

Most terrible hotel I¿ve been in. This is no star hotel! It is smells bad, probably mold everywhere, dirty, just wow. Read all reviews before booking!!!

Very out dated and dirty. Very little bathroom paper , floors and surroundings were very dirty. Coffee maker had dust on it as did sink counter . Although the beds were clean and comfortable and shower water pressure was great! But I would not stay again

Under construction and in poor condition; paint chipping, dust on furniture, stairwells moldy.

Plastic covers on windows, high humidity inside, bad smell in the room, dirty hotel.
