The bed was comfortable

The first room we were assigned was very musty and damp. Attendant said it was because it was by the outdoor pool. We got a room far away from the pool and it was also musty and damp.

I liked having laminate in the room rather than carpet so that it felt cleaner. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the front desk employee was very friendly.

The updates are mostly superficial and the layout is not as open as other hotels we've stayed at. Like, who needs a closet?

The group of students who arrived after 11:30 PM and were running back and forth to rooms, shouting, swearing, arguing and pounding on doors. The chaperones had a shouting match outside my door at midnight too.

The room felt dirty. The TV and refrigerator did not work. However, I discovered the plug didn?t work, so I plugged it up to the lamp outlet.

The location is by the interstate it¿s loud and the room was disgusting and dirty dog hair was all over the blanket on the bed and the room was very dusty

Room interior was not clean. Bathtub not clean. Old soap left on tub edge. Bed rumpled.

It's in a secluded area. The staff was nice. There was alot of hair left in the shower and on comforter from the previous guest,but other than that we had a nice stay

It is what it is. Older hotel with updates. It was clean enough - but just enough.

Encountered a bug and an ant. There were crumbs, etc in the corners of the room. It didn't seem like it had been wiped down

Staff was friendly.

There was mold in the bath/shower. There was mold on the shower curtain. There were dead bugs on window sill. You hear clearly the interstate noise all night. The toilet didn¿t always refill - float would get stuck - easy to manually unstick but not idea

I¿ve stayed many times here before and loved it.The location is great. It¿s been a perfect place for me in the past. No more. There are many more nice motels in the same area.

The cleanliness was very poor. The location of my room was bad. I thought it would be quiet in the back but I was wrong. Construction workers with cooling trucks and people with dogs were on each side of my room. The phone and clock did not work.

The room was moldy and I'm allergic to it and could not stay my whole reservation. She tried to switch me to another room and it was moldy too!

Cleanliness, vinyl flooring and friendly staff

I liked to location.

Despite the renovation attempts it was a little dingy. If I was traveling with my wife and baby I would not have stayed there. It was mediocre at best

No USB plugs in the room. Loud noise until 3am. Didn¿t seem super safe/secure.

AC was very load and rattled all night long.

Water in sink would drain very, very slowly. The room was in very rough shape...a door was rotten...fridge wasn¿t clean. The smell of air freshener was over powering.

My room key didn't work the second day but after the third key fix it worked
