The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The location was also great.

I just wished the room was larger. It was a tight fit with 2 queen beds and there was only me and my mother. She wasn't able to use her Walker in the room.

It is right down the hill from my aunt's apartment, so it is really convenient. The bed was fine. Both women who helped me (check in and check out) were nice.

It didn't really seem like a 2 1/2-star hotel. The steps were outdoor steps that appear to have been enclosed within the past few years. Eggs were not good at all. Self-made waffle, juice, sausage links were good.

The location was fine and it had beds.

The room smelled like mold. The carpet was dirty.

The room atmosphere had an unpleasant odor, the ait conditioning got rid of the most of it.

Friendly staff, handicap parking

Upstairs room, I requested ground level, it didn't state room was only available on second floor. Some Senior women have trouble lifting bags.

Clean room ,nice hot breakfast ,very friendly staff .could,not ask for a better place to visit.would recommend this hotel for anyone.

The GM called my room 3 hours after I checked in to complain how my rig was parked in the lot and demanded that I park it how he wanted it. I got up (was sleeping) got dressed. Moved the truck to how he requested. He threatened to call the cops on me stil

The bed was comfortable.shower good and good hot water.

Bathroom door did not close unless forced. Carpet stained and torn in entrance to bathroom. Should not advertise breakfast included. Waffles and juice nor sufficient. Hallway carpets stained.

I specifically chose this hotel because we had a dog...they kept half of my deposit because of dog

It was somewhere to sleep

Edges of Lamp shades were covered in some kind of rush color substance. looked like there may have been a bedbug infestation and they lived in the lamps. I checked the bed, lamps and chair for bugs. I didn¿t find any but overall the room was dirty feelin

The staff, as I'm physically impaired and they were courteous and opened the doors for me, even hel me resolve an issue with carrying my overnight bag on my walker. Also that there were many locations for food.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Noise was a slight issue. Breakfast was inadequate. While there was a waffle iron (and batter), there was no cereal or milk, which ought to be required items on even the most minimal breakfast offering. TV was small and screen had small crack.

Price and Location were main choice factors. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast & Coffee were satisfactory.

The rooms were larger than a lot of hotel rooms.

This hotel is listed as pet friendly, but the price quoted does not include the $15 per pet fee. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the hotel and was advised of an extra $30 plus tax because I had my two dogs with me.

When checking in went to my room an room smelled like cat urine an they put us in a new room . The new room wasn’t as clean as it should be .

Bed mattress was destroyed, very uneven. Room dirty, gross overall.

Value and comfortable. The property has been tastefully updated,is clean and conveniently located.

WAY too many people in the breakfast area and it never let up. Absolutely no way to get any breakfast. Had to spend money to go out.
