Suburban Studios Cleveland Central

I had no choice, it was a last minute deal that was affordable.

Plenty, the outside of the hotel was nasty and dirty, unbecoming of a hotel. The room has roaches, and no hot water, the water was likewarm. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Good price.

Roach infestation. Worn & dirty appearance in spots (rusted drain). Needs paint, caulk updates.

How big the rooms are, stove, refrigerator

The rooms have a small kitchenette in them making it perfect for extended stays. Beautiful rooms and very clean.

I have not found a single thing that I don't like.

The room was clean and everything functioned as it should.

The hot water was barely tepid. I like hot showers, and the water was way too cool for my liking, despite being set as hot as it would go.

location

I chose this hotel because web site showed they served complimentary hot breakfast. There was no breakfast at all. We asked the front desk and they told us no breakfast because the rooms come with kitchenette.

They accused us of stealing their towels and kept my deposit and there was only one towel even used at the motel room very dissatisfied

Na

Requesting a 100 dollar deposit after everything else

Nice staff

Beds

Nothing I loved it 😍

The hotel didn?t give back our 100 safety deposit! There are cockroaches in the room the staff are bunch of thieves

Nothing not at all clean it is not with money I paid

I did not liked amything

The price!

Not a single thing. Rude. Unprofessional.

They rob the poor for their own lack of care and maintenance of these rooms.

Locatio

Door was ajar the bottom corner. I woke up to bugs crawling the counter by the sink

The staff is very nice and the hotel had very few roaches unfortunately they advertise for a pool and it didn't have it.

Location

The room was not what was booked did not have proper towels and nothing on website stated deposit required and when checking out accused of stealing towels and tried to keep deposit. We finally did get deposit back but not without a fight.

Horrible

Not clean, rooms aren't as advertised, money was switched on my deposit. Very unsatisfying visit don't recommend to anyone

It was just about as bad as you can get then we weee charged a smoking fee of $180 more than the entire stay and we didn’t even smoke in the room.

It was close to our church event

The room was nice but there was some defects. The shower wouldn’t work. The water would come on but when you tried to turn the shower part on it didn’t work. The sink in the kitchen would spray everywhere as well.
