Breakfast was good. Good parking.

Tub was difficult to step into. No outdoor smoking area.

The lobby was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The water pressure in the shower was great. My overall favorite thing was having Dove as the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Great call!!

The breakfast options offered Turkey sausage.

No indoor pool or hot tub.

This hotel did not meet the standards of a typical Holiday Inn Express.

Not a big fan of first floor rooms - they can be noisy.

Great breakfast to be included. Staff was very helpful and understanding of our needs as we travel with 4 young kids

Not q negative per se as the pool was not open. This isnt a huge negative as we were not there long enough to use it.

I had to extend my trip a couple of days and for some reason the hotel put a 50 hold on credit card three times so now I just have an $150 ghost pending transaction on my account that is making 5he last part of this trip difficult price wise

Someone possibly the manager called the da before my stay and told me they had had trouble with locals staying there,which is fine but was reserved at letting me stay, profiling people is not a good idea, I had my room for 2 nights, I was by myself,

The bed was just right for us and had enough room. The pillows were nice and fluffy. They had a decent breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff are really friendly and breakfast was great.The beds at this facility while not as soft as I like were still way better than any other hotel bed in Cleveland we have slept on. Will definitely be back.

Not really...I mean the bed could have been a lil softer and the floor tile in the bathroom could use a deep scrubbing especially in the grooved lines. But was very happy with our stay

The staff is incredibly friendly and we look forward to coming back when we visit our daughter in college.

Location was good, room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The staff was AMAZING!! We had issues from the moment we checked in (not ours or the hotels fault!) and they handled every problem with kindness and respect! Great hotel overall!

The kitchen staff her daughter were excellent: very friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was the perfect temperature and it was delicious for typical hotel food.

We arrived close to midnight and given a room easy to access, but the blinds were unable to close, so no privacy, & on first floor. The upgraded suite was nice but took quite some time to get paperwork done. Way after midnight by time we were settled.
