The AC did not blow on me all night. Unit is on other side of the room.

No continental breakfast. No Gideon KJV Bible, but a Book of Mormon? Was this the hotel's idea or randomly left?

Proximity to interstate.

Did not like the open shower. Water everywhere! The luggage carts were difficult to manage.

Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable.

No free breakfast or coffee other than the coffee pods in the room

Location was in a safe area with lots of shopping and food options around. Room was clean and staff was pleasant.

Safe, clean, and comfortable...what else could you ask for!

I'm hard to please, but I found nothing wrong with this hotel.

New and clean

No shower door/lots of water on floor. Worthless micro refrigerator (worthless) instead of mini fridge. Couch/loveseat to small with no armrest on 1 side and TV doesn't tilt enough for bed. No Keurig coffee pot.

This hotel is gorgeous. The rooms were so clean and modern, everything was new and really well designed. Elevators are in a weird spot but other than that how great! Staff were super friendly.

I got a coffee and a toasted bagel from the breakfast cafe in the lobby.?. It was $17.96. This is outrageous even for a hotel ammenity. I think you all need to revisit your pricing.

The best part about the hotel was the set-up of the lobby & the sleek look of the rooms. The shower was my favorite, but I also loved how they hid the microwave & refrigerator in the rooms.

The walls in the bathroom needed to be cleaned behind the trash can.

There was a roach in our room that was crawling all over one of the bedside tables. It ended up crawling on my pillow. It grossed me completely out!

The staff were all amazing and helped with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for our visit to Lee University.

No free breakfast and no free coffee bar in the lobby. I did get fresh coffee from the machine in the lobby and charged it to my room.

The rooms are very nice and clean the girl at the desk was very sweet

Hotel was great and clean.

There was a college track team istaying at this location and all I heard all night was students up and down the hallways all night. I did not get any rest.

Hotel employee was wonderful assisting us with check in.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.
