Hampton Inn Cleveland

They overbooked my room and downgraded me from a king suite to a double Queen standard room and refused to refund the difference in price. Rude staff throughout the process

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to accommodate all requests. Breakfast area was clean and inviting. Food was delicious and there was a variety of items for everyone's taste.

All three treadmills and 1 of 2 ellipticals were broken!

Nice rooms and great helpful staff

The refrigerator in my room unplugged so I didn't have a place to put food I had with me. When I moved the desk to plug it in it was not clean behind it.

Friendly front desk and a location that was easy to find.

Could not get the television to work, when I attempted to call the front desk no one answered. Chewed gum on the edge of the nightstand.

The hot breakfast was wonderful. The two ladies were on top of everything and all smiles. We told them thank you many times over for the pleasant start to our day.

My 80.00 iPhone charger was stolen from the room on the first night. No follow up or response from management

Carpet in the room were soiled.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing and informative.

Housekeeping staff could have had a better eye with the details. The coffee bag was empty of contents the wipes for the room were old and dried out. Small stuff but you knew they hadn¿t checked.

Location for our need.

Not hot breakfast. They claim it is because of COVID. This is absurd because every restaurant in America is open serving hot food during Covid.

BASIC. In other HamptonInn.s 2 months ago. Coffe fresh fruit cookies on arrival. Not even hot water in the urn. they said only 1 time a day !!

Very clean!!

I wish they would have posted somewhere that the pool hours were limited and it closed very early. We chose this hotel because they had an indoor pool for us to let the kids play and run out some energy. It was very frustrating not being able to use it.

Everything was super-tidy! The lady in charge of the breakfast area was super-nice and the food was great!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with choices to please everybody.

The room cleaning wasn't very thorough. I went to the store and bought some Clorox bleach to clean the base of the shower where mold had accumulated. Also, the carpet needed cleaning and we found fingernail clippings beside the bed.

Rm #406 was very clean which we appreciated as retired non-smokers.

Our first room #206 had the telltale smell of cigarettes. The second room #406 was great with a fresh clean near new smell. We were tired and having to change rooms wasn't what we wanted to do with further uncertainty. But it worked out.

Should tidy your room every day. Should not have to ask.

The bed and the pillows were horrible!
