Dirty. Cockroaches. Rude management.

No Cable. The room had a TV, but no cable and no local reception. Shower head broken and sprayed more water on the ceiling and over the shower curtain than on my head. Poorly maintained property.

Roaches and only gave me 10.00 back and was only there less then a hour . Roaches so bad the were crawling all over the night table with the lights on.

The wall and ceiling leaked when it rained through the window and on me in bed. Bathroom dirty with no towels. Hearing TV from other rooms and above room guest walking at night. Poor breakfast just pre packaged honeybuns. Room smelled like cat urine.

Arrived after dark. Buzzer said ring for service. No clerk on duty. Next day went back. Lady at front desk has difficulty speaking and understanding English. Managers are Hindy and the entire office smelled of curry and tamarand.Saw rochesWant money back

It was a nice clean and quiet stay.

Knights Inn is reasonably priced, and the location is great for me. It is clean, quiet, and the owners are very nice.

I had roaches crawling everywhere and it stunk so bad I couldn't stand the smell.

They could update their breakfast offerings in order to keep up with other motels in area. Only had coffee here. A small fruit basket, maybe some donuts or bagels would be nice.

The booking. Com booked the wrong state. I booked for Cleveland, GA and at the last minute it switched it to Cleveland, Tennessee. We never stayed I requested an immediate change of location and cancelation on this reservation as soon as the email came through.

The fact that booking.com keeps your money after thier mistake and can't help you what so ever. I will never use them again. This is the 2nd time I've had issues. Never ever again.

It was like a mini apartment with a stove, oven, microwave, tv, etc

It was absolutely disgusting with both live and dead cock roaches all over the place. The bed had disgusting stains all over it. The first time in my entire life I got a room with cock roaches. The absolute most annoying part is the owners breaking the law after I presented Identification and documentation proof of my service dog which can not legally be denied anywhere, and the guy did not care about the law and denied my service animal which I had to pay to stay with someone else. I went to war for this country and my dog is heavily trained in obedience and poses no threat to anyone or any distraction or property. I was too tired to even argue or make a phone call.. but for future reference I hope they understand it is the LAW. You can not deny a legal service dog. You just cost me more money and an inconvenience

Horrifying

The smell was awful, neighbors were loud, cockroaches in bathroom and did not get refund. Bad bad

It was quiet they had good hot showers

When you opened the door the room was supposed to be non smoking. Someone has smoked in the roo cause that's all you smell. As I was sitting my keys down on the night stand there was a roach climbing the wall. Didn't bring shampoo because hotels usually have it there for you. Had to go find some place to get shampoo and at 10pm nothing was open. Also broken glass all over parking lot. Save your money and don't stay here.
