Name brand, price, location

Holiday inn seems substandard. The condition of the room did not meet expectations based on the price paid. Wet floor by the AC (possibly due to the hard rain we had but there should be no leaks). Worn carpet, threadbare in a few places. Other stuff too.

Conveniently located.

We found what we believe was pet hair in the room. If pets are allowed in the room, a deeper clean is needed for the next guests.

Location

First room offered smelled of mold. Standing water in the window sill and textured wall was so full of moisture it bubbled the painted textured finish on the wall (about a 2’ area)

Clean and friendly staff. Rebecca was a lovely front desk person.

Clean room

Internet was unusable. Bathroom door could not open fully because it hit toilet. Hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast. If I had realized that, I would not have chosen this hotel.

Elevator was out. Staff kinda clueless. Not sure it was not working, not sure out would get fixed. Should?ve offered a credit if not on first floor.?for chubby guys like me! lol

We had limited staff contact, but it was all good. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

Never stayed at a Holiday Inn where breakfast wasn't included. They had an overpriced restaurant to get breakfast. I'd pick one of the other two hotels next to it that had breakfast included and were just as nice of hotels for cheaper rate.

Check in staff not that friendly.

dog howl at 8am monday, was not told dog across hall(and only 1 for the night), 1 of water heaters down so only tepid shower, water pressure very low

The room was SUPER clean and very quiet. Most hotel rooms have some kind of odor, and even the cleanest ones smell like they have been deodorized. This room had NO smell at all, as if it were brand new, and I really liked that! Beds were excellent!

I did not use the shower, but my sons did. One said the water was not very hot, and the other one said the hot water was fine but he had to play with the shower handle (rotate it like three times) to get to the hotter water. Cont. breakfast w/h/b nice.

It was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant.

They did not make up the room unless we asked for it.

Pool was closed doesn't open until May. Which we knew before booking my son was looking forward to the pool

Large hallway and handicap room

Yes, the widow shade was broken which made the room dark. No natural light. There wasn't enough blankets. The elevators broke the second morning we were there and I couldn't get my wheelchair bound mom out of the hotel till late afternoon.

Cleanliness, great customer service, location

They advertised that they had an indoor pool, but did not have any. They charged me a $50.00 incidental fee, it¿s still pending in my account and has not returned back since my stay on the 27th of October.

New, clean,

No continental breakfast, limited kitchen /counter service and menus, ¿ unacceptable not to a least provide coffee and muffin?

The location was on a very beautiful mountain side over looking a valley.

The fact that there was no continental breakfast and the hotel restaurant was not very good and overpriced. Our room did not have a working fridge and we came back the first night to water all over the floor. We could move rooms was the only help offered

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location.

The very small bathroom was probably the reason for the kid-size toilet.

Comfortable bed, modern room, and good quality towels.
