Staff rudeness and Roachess in the Room. Staff never cleaned the room!!!

this hotel needs to be shut down immediately!!

the manager comes inside my room without my knowledge. I have a do not enter sign hang in my door and they take it off I have a hidden camera and I have him recorded and the cleaning people walks in my room and stole a pair of pants and shirt from my bags

Manager was rude. Hotel room was not clean, dirt all over the floor, bathroom was dirty, mirror and sink not clean, light didn’t work, bedding was dirty. I asked if housekeeping could clean or I could. I was told to leave. Awaiting a refund.

Insects but not bed bugs in the bed, coffee pot was melted and broken, general state of disrepair

drywall dust over both beds toilet wasn't working

Ice machine was broke down the entire time.Water was off for a few hours on first day I was there.

Yes, the water in the sink from both taps ran only very hot water. Hard to get a drink or brush teeth, with no coldwater. Also, though room was paid in full in advance, I was still charged $ 3.00 more room tax.

Everything was pretty much dirty, but the sheets seem clean And didn?t see any bugs.

I did not stay there. I waited a long time to get checked in. When I went to the room I saw lots of random Walmart carts with random stuff in it. Room door was broke and wouldn't open. No one working front desk for 15 mins and no phone answered so I left.

I asked for a non smoking room. Mine was smoked in. Blanket had 6 cigarette burns. Ice bucket had a dead roach under it.roaches in bathroom. Soap build up in shower. Neighbor got arrested. When u walked u smelled Marijuana. Mold in bathroom.

The sheet had a cigarette hole in it. The pool heat pump was still out after 2 years. I asked for non smoking. It had been smoked in it. 2 packs of donuts at 7:30. I have photos of how bad it was. Bathroom ceiling coming apart. Cig. Burn on toilet sea

I could not stay there. I didnt feel safe. The room was dirty and the sheets had burn holes all throughout. Would not recommend.

They were good at giving us clean towels but did not take our trash We ate take out in the room. We were there 5 days so it accumulated. Finally I bagged it up and put it outside.

Non smoking room that smelled very strongly like cigar smoke. cooling/heating unit was incredibly loud. door latch not secure and appeared to have been forced open. beds were more like hammocks.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I don't want to be negative because considering the price, it was more than sufficient, but the general atmosphere of the building exterior combined with some of the guests didn't necessarily promote the happiest or safest environment. But it's still ok!

Noise, dirt, mold, no designated area to take dogs potty.

The room was very dirty. The floor was filthy. The blanket has cigarette holes in it. There was a piece of it looked like a bone from chicken in the bathroom. The air conditioner leaked onto the floor leaving a puddle on the floor. It was awful.

Poor. They even charged me for the room after I told them I prepaid

I have been trying to get them to reimburse me for the extra charge. The manager said he would but I have yet to see it.

It was located in a good place

The hotel was very dirty. Roaches and had a bad smell. I woke up and saw a roach crawling on the bed with me and could not go back to sleep. Wasted my money on this place
