Quality Inn Clarksville - Exit 11

The fan/ac is extremely loud an kind of clunky when turning on and off. No salt and pepper for breakfast food. Pool was not opened yet on Memorial Day weekend.

Breakfast

I was denied a 2nd floor room because the staff apparently lives on the 2nd floor the room I was given had a door that you have to slam to shut the online pictures showed a business center but they don?t have it . They put over 125 hold on a credit card

Doesn?t have business center or Gym though I ended up switching hotels leaving the quality inn bc the other hotel advertised a business center and gym . I was CATFISHED if I knew I was coming to some raggedy hotel I would have stayed at the quality inn

The overnight female desk clerk was argumentative. But TJ the male was great Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am but at 6::40 still not everything was ready and out to be served

We had beds to sleep on, and the staff were friendly enough.

Everything else: multiple spots of mystery globs throughout the room, the bathroom had replaced the counter, but left a broken bath tub, the water tasted dirty, the walls were so thin we could hear yelling, and breakfast was so poor I had to get McD¿s.

This hotel is close to where my family lives so it is convenient.

The room was musty and smelled terrible. The breakfast bar didn't have any drinks on the first day. When the front desk person was asked about this she said that the "juice vendor was out of juice". She said that we could drink coffee.

The staff is soooo hospitable! I mean I didn¿t expect this treatment getting off the road. Unbelievable! Clean ¿ and very friendly to travelers and very accommodating!

Location and price

When checking in a $100 room damage deposit was placed on my credit card. But when I checked out I was told it would take about 7 days to refund the deposit. Not sure why I was charged a damage deposit. It has never happened before.

There is not enough words to express how awful this stay was. And don't even try to contact manager  because she is useless! She even stated we didn't ask for any of the things we reiterated several times!Then us for their gross smokey room

Rude manager is a 0, that said we lied and smoked up their room! Obviously no one cleaned the room before we got there because it was gross and stunk like skunk weed and tobacco! Charged us $250. On top of our room fee! I see why no one was there!

Very comfortable beds.

No pool, ice machine broke down and place was dirty and old and in need of repair.

Cleaners of room. Lights out in entry. Water bugs. Iron was broke. Elevator carpet very dirty. Area of hotel next to run down boarding appartment. Would not stay here again.

Location was good!

This place is dirty. Had 3 rooms. One we changed as it had small flies after killing 10 we gave up and asked for a room change. Sheets looked clean but lamp shades were dusty, walls were dirty, room window didn¿t have closable blackout curtain just sheer

There wasn¿t many options for breakfast. We went down for breakfast fairly early & there wasn¿t much food left

Location. Although close to highway & Interstate - it was hefty walk from greyhound bus stop with baggage. Also, walk to local bus line 3+ miles! Local Lyft Services failed both 7:30 & 8:30am scheduled pick ups right @ appointed pick up time...

Several days the door smelled like pot.

Small dining area for breakfast and the smell of pot several days from rooms on my floor.

The location was close to everything we needed. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

The desk clerk when we arrived was rude and confrontational. She asked very rudely "Do you have a reservation and you have to pay an incidental fee of $150.00. If you don't pay that you can't stay." I told her I'm capable of paying it. She was very rude.

A $150.00 additional charge because I was within 50miles of the location.

I spoke with 2 employees about having a late check out at 12 they said it was fine. 20 mins to 11 the owner called and said we need to be out. Then they beat on the door at 11:03 saying are you leaving or not or we can call the police

Beds were comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Water was hot .

Place look rough around the edges. Elevator was sketchy. Rooms were sketchy. Parking lot was sketchy. It was overpriced for what I received.
