Moxy Chattanooga Downtown

The hotel is beautiful, with an exceptionally cool lobby/bar/lounge area and rooms with an awesome aesthetic. The shower was also great, with excellent water pressures a rainfall shower head and removable shower wand, which I feel all hotels should have.

Those rooms with the awesome aesthetic aren’t super functional. The bed is very low and the mattress seems thin (MAYBE a 10” mattress) and is definitely NOT plush or soft in any way whatsoever. The toilet also seems awkwardly low.

I loved the location of this hotel! The staff was so kind and the rooms were comfy.

The bathroom door being a slide. I felt like I was fighting for my life a bit.

The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. I enjoyed the complementary drink!

I was a disappointed by the bedding quality. The sheets felt cheap and worn out. The top blanket was like a military blanket. You could also hear pretty well through the walls.

Refreshing change in interior design for hotel. Attention to detail on so many levels. Shift in thinking on space challenges the traditional room layout, but it works! Creative gathering spaces throughout lobby promotes socializing.

Single queen bathroom was difficult for 2 people to get ready at same time. $22/night parking was unexpected. $--- for 3 nights could impact the budget conscious guest.

No services at all- crap towels, no desk to work. No closet, no coffee in room. Would not recommend

The atmosphere was very bar/strip club like which I was fine with. My wife on the other hand wasn¿t happy.

Rooms were small. My f150 wouldn¿t fit in the entire room. Sirens all night and the area is shitty.

Located close to some attractions and staff were good.

Could not believe that I had to pay $17.00 per night extra to park. That should have been included in the pricey room rate. they should of had bottle water available to purchase instead they only had these tiny cartons of low acidity water that cost 4.5

Unfortunatly we were told we had to stay on the patio area as there was a private party going on so couldnt play the outside games.calked room service for shampoo and received 2 bottels of body gel.free drink ticktes are very limited for use ..silly

Fire alarm went off at 6:00AM. They said it was because of someone steam ironing their clothes on the 4th floor. I do not believe this. I feel they lied to me and I was not informed of the real problem. I also feel I should have been compensated somehow.

Location downtown, near a number of good restaurants and other attractions, was a positive. The free drinks were a nice touch.

This hotel is not a good choice for business travelers. There are no irons or ironing boards in the room. There is an "ironing room" down the hall, which is a bit awkward. In my standard room, there was no desk (or space for a desk).

Excellent location, free drink at check in

We had a stain on our blanket, bed was comfortable but for the price seemed very minimalist. Would have loved a fluffy down comforter. Seems like they are overselling a bit. Minimal staff and in the lounge area dirty glasses/spilled drinks everywhere.

Super small room. Weird hotel. Check in was a bar. No amenities at all in room. Cold coffee. Not for older people at all. Definitely a youth destination. No closets. Pegs on the wall. Weird place. Weird music. Funky machines putting out weird scents

It¿s my new favorite hotel without a doubt. Location is perfect, the building and decor is awesome, super easy checkin/checkout, the MOXY cocktail was delicious, and an overall great experience. Already booked my next stay!

Paying per day for parking was a little disappointing, but the hotel was so cheap with this deal, I didn¿t really mind.

The shower was horrible. Something is seriously wrong. I even showed their cleaning person how the water would changed from a hot shower to cold. Once the water would switch to pure cold water, the shower would not go back to hot for several minutes.
