    Pros +

    • Location
    • The sheets. OMG they were so comfortable.
    • Proximity, ease and accessibility to Highway 27. The staff was exceptionally nice as I had been driving for 8 hours straight and they were able to accommodate and early check in. Hotel is very clean and inviting.

    Cons -

    • We have a big vehicle and there was no parking and the hotel staff was not able to provide assistance for our parking needs.
    • While technically it is still considered downtown area, its kinda off the beaten path of downtown. Room was pretty small for the price.
    • I wasn¿t aware the restaurant/bar in the lobby area was closed on Mondays. That was the only downside.

Everything was fantastic and we had a wonderful time.

We had a few wait times when we visited the restaurant downstairs and food was a little cold when we got it. We were also expecting a lot more holiday decorations but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

I booked a king room and was given a queen room. The pictures are misleading. They don¿t have any sort or mini bar or snack bar in the rooms.

The location is a definite plus!

The sink was clogged and the toilet seat was not properly seated. Reported these to the front desk.

    10KennethPosted on: 7-10-2022

The location and vibe of the hotel were awesome.

Drinks in the Whiskey Thief bar were great but pricey.

    10MargotPosted on: 5-22-2022

Loved the room, staff, valet, and location!

Valet only so factor in for price.

    10RonniePosted on: 4-19-2022

Perfection! From the moment we arrived every staff member greeted us and was available for anything we needed. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was not only gorgeous but so roomy and spotless

Cleanliness and how beautiful it was. Also, great location.

Pool was very small and very very warm.

The Edwin has beautiful rooms with luxurious amenities. We tried the Whiskey Thief and had drinks on the rooftop deck. The views of the city and river are amazing. A definite To Do if you visit Chattanooga!

The staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient. The location was fantastic .

We weren’t there for very long but our room wasn’t the most comfortable- small and not a lot of space to relax but very clean and nice finishes

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-1-2019

Bar has awesome views Windows soundproof. See passing traffic if you want; sleep through it when you don't. Curtains great black outs. Bathroom was very cool design. Nice fixtures. Bed very comfortable.

The sofa didn't really fit. Two chairs would have been better. The huge photo in bathroom (a close up of a girl covering her eyes) was a bit creepy.

    10SharonPosted on: 3-11-2019

We loved the location. Perfect setting for getting outdoors beginning right from the doorstep to the Edwin!

The room space is a little tight for more than two people if you want to hang out in your room.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-29-2018

Outstanding location and attentive, eager-to-please staff.

The hotel had only been opened about 5 weeks when we stayed, so my only complaint, if any, is that they were still working out some kinks at the front desk (we were billed twice for our room, but it was quickly remedied). No real complaints, though.

    Fantastic service and incredible rooms

VERY small thing, and cannot be helped, but the view out the window wasn't anything special since it faces another building

Stunning hotel in an amazing downtown location. The staff went over and beyond to be extra helpful several times during my stay.
