Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga West near Lookout Mountain

Even tho remodeling, I understand inconveniences. But I guess I take amenities for granted. No ice machine, no in room coffee maker, no safe, no blow dryer, no alarm clock, no hangers. Sink counter too small for extra toiletries. Breakfast questionable

The breakfast was okay. The desk staff were efficient and anticipated the needs of some other guests while I was checking in.

“NOT so Quality Inn.” Sticky tile floors, bathroom ceiling was covered in dark water stains and a large (probably 18”) area of black mold. The other room had water damaged walls. A large hole in the wall in the hall was covered with cardboard and tape.

It was a place to sleep during a long trip

Rude staff. So outdated the ceiling was peeling off in the bathroom and it had an old dirty Oder. There wasn’t any coffee in their breakfast either.

Conveniently located next to shopping center and freeway.

Did not provide soap for washing. Hotel was old and slightly dingy. I thought it was poor for the price paid.

Shower pressure and hot breakfast

Staff was always talking to one another having conversations. I felt like I was staying at someone’s house but in an awkward way. The coffee pot barely worked,the alarm clock was broken,fridge was dirty & the clothing drawers all had water damage.

So many bad things about hotel Bathroom light not working Shower head is bad , spraying water all over bathroom Have to take shower with phone light Room phone is not working Called from cellphone and told the issue but no one shown up to fix it .

It has bugs. Nasty smells stains all over carpet very old mattress. The toilet don?t even flush properly and on top it?s very LOUD

Location was convenient to the interstate. That was it. Nothing else good to say. Ownership does not invest in keeping this property maintained.

The entire floor we were on smelled like marijuana. The hotel carpets were sticky and gross. The hotel is not kept up well. Parts of the hotel were literally in disarray and not fixed. It was a disgusting hotel. I would have loved a refund.

On headset phone while I checked in. I was not allowed to tap my own card. took the card and was typing in info then asked me if this was my current address on my license. I was beginning to think I was being targeted for fraud.

Large clean rooms with good beds.

Bathroom light was dangerously dim.

Number one. My room smelled like cat pee. It?s a non smoking, no pets hotel, but the room absolutely reeked of cat pee. Room was outdated amenity wise. Breakfast was subpar, not enough food, Apple juice was bad, OJ was bad. Ran out of waffle batter.

The size of the room

All the ceiling tiles missing and holes in the wall. Plus the chain lock for the door was broken off. All the door handles were loose

The staff was rude the rooms was nasty the ceilings was leaking

Location and staff

The elevator was a little old and small. Needs maintenance.

The Lobby

The elevator had Grafitti markings. The Pool was dirty. The hallway carpet smelled. The blow dryer in the room almost caught on fire. The iron did not work well.

Bed was comfortable

Breakfast was cold. Food out 1/2 hr before opened it while the employ sat out in the lobby snoring. Eggs and sausage were stone cold not even warm. Holes in the wall above air conditioner. Needs upgrade

Helpful staff

Room was okay but had not been deep cleaned in a while, seems like only bare minimum cleaning was done.

Location was good.

Upgrade was very much needed. Painting was needed a long time ago.

I loved the location

The pull out bed had no sheets or blanket or pillows I asked for some they said they didn¿t have any!! But we ran to Walmart and got some.
