The flat screen was not a smart TV. The picture was very small, and the remote had no menu options for modifying the size of the picture.

Friendliness.

The ice machine on my floor did not work. Had to go to the second floor.

We were supposed to have a king size bed but only got a double. My husband is 6 5 he didn’t fit very well

Pleasant outside, lobby and breakfast area.

Carpet. I much prefer hard surface floors.

The room smelled very moldy, I have mold allergies, I told them and they just sprayed something, I woke up with asthma attack

The room was very clean and the air was on. It was perfect. I was placed on the second floor on an end. The room was perfect.

Everything was perfect.

The location was optimal.

On the Saturday morning of my stay there were no hotel employees at the hotel. No one putting out the continental breakfast, no one working the front desk, no janitorial staff, and no housekeeping staff. The entire hotel was unattended by staff.

We didn't. We stayed because that was our only option without requesting another hotel all together.

There were 2 roaches in the fridge, mold in the bathroom in 2 spots 1 around the ring of the toilet back, mold inside the light fixture in the bathroom. The carpet had stained in 3 areas before we got in and the room smelled moldy. I left w/ a dry cough.

Location

Very old, very small rooms. For as old as it was, it was clean. We were only there 5 hours, and back on the road

Y'all offered it to me, as a 'mystery' hotel for a good price! Sure glad I took it. Was a nice breakfast, also, but had to leave early. Normally, cannot afford Sleep Inns, but they are so nice! Thx! Gary

Several things actually. Price, location and cleanliness were big factors. Having music in the dining area would have been a nice touch to fill the silence where strangers congregated to eat.

Dining area needed cheering up with plants, flowers, music, artwork possibly.

booked a queen size bed. was given a fullsize. room had a bad smell

Location is great. We felt safe with our car parked for the night.

This location is not clean carpet smells of mildew and we had cockroaches in our room's bathroom and there was a full size one on the q.all next to the bed. There seems to be a moisture issue in the rooms due to the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom

Asked for two nonsmoking rooms because my grandson is allergic to cigarette smoke both rooms smelled like a ashtray.

Location is great its near all major chain restaurants and shopping malls

Adjacent Hotel next door allowed a car show in parking lot and those people stayed outside in the parking lot with chairs etc drinking and talking very loud. This was not Sleep Inn¿s Car Show but i feel they should have gotten involved with Fairfield I

LOCATION WAS GREAT!

I did not feel safe. My room did not have the extra security of a door stopper. The front desk agent did get me another room but it reeked of mildew and bathroom was dirty. Checked out in about an hour of checking in.

Hotel was clean, comfy and met my needs for just one night stay. Would recommend.

Didn't eat the breakfast because it didn't look appealing at all.

Hotel was appropriate for the listed Stars. Front desk person was cordial.

Nope I was satisfied. I will returning next week on work business for 5 nights.
