Residence Inn by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown

Location and breakfast.

Room was a bit tight and the pull out couch was not great. The "queen" bed felt small.

The Staff were Out Of This World!! Friendly, Helpful, Professional!!

Convenient to downtown, ball park, and other attractions. Prices were reasonable for the location. The majority of the staff were excellent to work with.

Location of Hotel is great. Within a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The elevator system is a little confusing, maybe more signs would help. There's no bar or restaurant in the hotel. This would be helpful and good entertainment.

The General Manager was extremely helpful and hospitable. The location was perfect. The hotel and room was very clean.

The one bed was a standard/regular size bed.

For a Marriott property this was about as disappointing as you could get The elevator smelle like Salt & vinegar chips, the room also had an old musty smell, the bathroom toilet leaked, there looked to be an old blood stain on the base of the toilet et al

The proximity to the Aquarium and shuttle. Staff very nice and hotel not at all noisy even though full. Complimentary breakfast choice was varied and very well organised.Another plus was it was available until 9.30am! Indoor pool not huge but nice.

Great location, close to everything downtown. We also loved sitting beside the fire outside in the chilly morning drinking coffee. Also, no hidden fees or parking changes like many places charge nowadays.

Nothing! Place is a little aged, but very well maintained. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend!

breakfast was fair. only two high chairs in dining room - could be more kid friendly. room was not ready on time.

The location was perfect. Walking distance of the aquarium, restaurants, and bars.

There was a little renovation going on so from time to time a heard a little drilling.

The staff and location were excellent.

No pool or fitness center as advertised; they were under construction/renovation
