- Outside of the hotel is very nice, inside the room is old, stained, and needs improvement desperately.

- The condition of the room.
- Roach in the bath tub. Stains on towels. Baby roach on the shower curtain and one in the microwave
- The smell of ammonia. I struggled with my baggage while two male staff members just watched rather than assisting. They would not give me a written statement regarding the unexpected $100 deposit which is suppose to be refunded.
