- There was absolutely nothing to like about this location and this hotel The only positive aspect is that it's located centrally to everything and that's about it
- The check in process was seamless unlike how it had been in the past The gentleman working the 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shift was exceptional he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied by the time I left the service desk!

Cons -
- There was nothing good about this hotel. Roaches were covering every inches of the wall there were stains and just who knows what on every part of the bed. Bugs in the bed. The elevator smelled like urine. And somebody was following me through the halls
- Sheets and blanket on bed had damn dried blood stains on them. When I asked for replacement sheets i was told that the linens were locked up for the night and it would be impossible to replace them. Worst hotel stay ever
- I got called hour before check in to be told they overbooked and I did not have a room.
