Yes and I called customer service and told them and I have not heard back! This hotel is in a dangerous spot. As soon as we arrive they were smoking illegal drugs. The whole hotel smelled liked it. I had my children with me. This hotel put myself and my

The room smelled like stale cigarettes, there was no bolt lock on the door, and a loud party across the hallway.

It's general location

The hotel staff was awful. Not paying attention and totally inept. Check in experience was the absolute worst I've ever had. Unable to check in for 20 minutes while they called someone for assistance. Hotel parking situation was awful too. Construction.

All of the employees I came across was very kind.

Getting there was a hassle due to road construction. It would have just been nice to know ahead of time instead of going in circles. However this was not fault of them.

It was dirty, smelly, low-life drug dealers hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. It didn¿t feel safe. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Fast check in and clean common areas

Rooms were very humid and smelled musty.

Location was a little difficult to find but once there was near things that we needed.

The refrigerator in our room was turned way low and not cold when we get there. We only had 1 waste basket in the room. Pool was small.

Convenient and close to everything downtown

There was old food in the refrigerator. The microwave was not clean. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and partially hanging off the wall. The bathtub / shower was holding water and took a few minutes to completely drain

Nothing it showed a pool that's what I was researching and then it wasn't even open room was not very nice for price. Overall experience to to great!

Everything the location is sketchy and the pool not being open. Very misleading from pictures to what you really get.

Upon arrival my reservation was cancelled. I paid for two nights. We were able to get a room to then find out the following day that they locked us out. The room had a woman¿s lingerie in it, the pull out had crumbs in it. Staff not pleasant.

The hotel is in a convenient location, although not walkable.

The woman at check-in was incredibly rude, and the entire building reeked of paint. Our bags and clothes still smell like paint. And the breakfast was not great either. Overall really disappointing stay.

Quiet

The one way road to the hotel was closed. The breakfast options weren¿t great. I saw a roach outside my room one night when I opened the door. Had to push/pull the door to make sure it secured properly.

Staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, a definition of hospitality

Workout room: the two treadmills were inoperative, no towels, no water in the cooler; Smoke detector in room: battery compartment standing open - no battery in place; breakfast - a bare minimum pre-packaged cold offering - highly disappointing

The check in lady was super nice and helpful

The heater in the room was broken but the front desk lady brought us a portable one

It was clean.

The toliet was broken. The window would not lock and it was on the main floor. The overnight lock to secure the room was missing. The mananger was nice to offer 50% off for this. The worst was the only is 8 minutes away from downtown .

Location is very convenient.

Horrible breakfast. You might just tell people that you will get coffee, small bagel and cream cheese and almost disgusting pastries. One of the reason we picked this hotel so we don¿t have to find a good breakfast place but I am disappointed.

We arrived later in the evening and was not there long, however, everything was great.

A lady that followed us out of breakfast to outside begging for us to pay for her room at the red roof next door. She said she was there to eat breakfast bc they didn't have a good one there. It was sad...but frustrating.

The area was awful! I will never stay in this area again! There were homeless people walking around the hotel parking lot and street. And the breakfast was really bad! Very steep price for the area and the hotel!
