Clarion Inn near Lookout Mountain

Location was great. Bed was comfortable with several pillows.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The elevator had broken flooring planks, and sounded like it needed a tune-up. Breakfast buffet was managed by the employee also solo covering the front desk.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was not overwhelmingly huge. Easy to get around. Great stay for the price.

The selections for the free breakfast were slightly lacking.

Room smelled bad. The refrigerator had not been defrosted in years, had a broken leg, and leaned. The shower was dirty, with a broken handle and rusty metal supports that stained the tub.

The hotel was fine. The website booked me for a week from the time I wanted to be there and wouldn’t reimburse me.

Hotel needs a little tlc and remodeling but for the price it was a great value. The lobby is nice and the breakfast was far better than some of the other budget places we have stayed at. Would stay here again

Let's see... room was dirty, shower DID NOT WORK incredibly disappointing since thats the main reason I got a hotel instead of camping since we were on a long road trip, television did not work either. I wasnt expecting anything amazing but this sucked.

The gal was fun and very helpful for food recommendations and excursions. Good price for location.

Location was very convenient to Walmart and Lookout Mountain.

Pretty outdated but great value for price.

1) Noisy loud HVAC unit, 2) room smelled of pet odor, 3) towels had human hair on them, 4) breakfast was ended early, 5) breakfast had no organic options.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom too. It felt safe. Staff was friendly

1st room smelled of dog, 2nd smelled of must or mildew, 3rd room was finally acceptable. Carpets very dirty. Neglected maintenance.

This hotel needs maintenance, up keeping big time. There was can light hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom and hallway. Water dripping in the hallway from the rain the night before. You are greeted by Funky smell when you enter the room.

Handicap room, there were other rooms available and I feel these rooms should be reserved for someone who needs them. The door to the room did not open unless you pushed hard to get over the uneven flooring. The hallway carpets and elevator were filthy.

Location was alright, right off the interstate.

Nothing about this hotel met expectations. It is absolutely filthy and it doesn't look like they're even trying to clean it.

Great Location, many stores and restaurants in less than two minutes drive fron the hotel.

Requested change of room for a funny smell, staff promptly assigned a new one.

Our room was not clean. Breakfast food left in microwave and food items left in refrigerator Cable didn?t work, hair stuck to shower wall. Shower curtain didn?t stay put. Phone not working. Carpet in hallway very stained. Lobby nice.

No toilet paper, no shower curtain, spit on bathroom mirror, toilet ran all night

The scenery is amazing. It?s directly across from Walmart so I could walk there within 3 minutes. For the most part the staff was very very nice.

There was a cockroach in our room at one point. The female manager charged us a deposit when we switched rooms because she said it smelled like we were smoking in the room. My brother is a smoker but he went outside every single time
