Very clean well maintained watchful and alert staff made me feel safe

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There was NO breakfast and the web site said there would be breakfast.

Easy check in, everything we needed was there & worked. The bed was clean & VERY comfortable! Will book it again when needed. The location was great, right off 75.

1, not clean 2, booked for breakfast, actually not, staff said because of the Covid, but why ad post with breakfast? 3, not safe area, gun fire nearby midnight. 4, smoke room assigned, suffered sleep. 5, locked conversation with staff

Beds were very uncomfortable. Location was in a very bad area. Lots of homeless walking around outside.

There was nothing I did like. Hotel was filthy. We didn't end up staying. Strong smell of smoke. People partying around the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Dark and dingy. Old mattresses just laying outside the hotel.

The doors locked, they allowed pets, and the sheets appeared to be clean.

Non-smoking room reeked of deep smoke, the last person to stay there must have smoked. No grass, not a place to go besides your room, the other guests were in chairs in the parking lot. Never saw the complementary breakfast but wouldn't have trusted.

Yes, the "staff" & the stinky room. The clerk was rude, un-kept, had a mouthful of tobacco and refused to give me a receipt. I had a nonsmoking room reserved but he said none were available, even though there were few cars in the lot, NO food or coffee!!

Updated rooms that were clean.

Pool was not open.

Good value for the money.

The room had gone through a recent remodel; however, bathroom still required some work, but excellent water pressure and temperature.

After 10 pm check in, I noticed a strong smell of smoke two doors down in another room and reported it immediately to staff. Staff which confirmed it wasn't a smoking room. I then went to sleep and was woken by fire alarms at 3 am, 3:30 am & 6:45 am.

Hotel was pretty clean and the staff was very helpful.

Beds were quite hard and breakfast didn't have much variety at all.

Nothing. It was not a "2 star hotel like Comfort Inn, Best Western, Ramada Inn, Holiday Inn, Homestead Studio Suites and La Quinta Inn". It is an old run down motel... You are liars:)

The front desk personnel were not pleasant and worked very slow. They also had to be found to check out. Poor coverage.

Staff was rude and seemed like they had no idea what was going on. Also the room was not cleaned very well. There was hair and dirt in the shower.

Close to freeway. The maintenance crew was always on pint fixing, cleaning and updating the motels appearances and also the rooms.

The site said this would be a nonsmoking room. When we got in, it was very much a smoking room. No help or consideration by the hotel was provided. My wife almost threw up from the smell, and I'm the one with asthma. Do not stay here without a respirator
