Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

The location

We stayed for 9 nights at this hotel, we only got our room ?cleaned? one time. Which was one bed made, two extra towels, and the floor vacuumed but not very well.

The location was great - near where I needed to be, a lot of services nearby, and easy to get to off the interstate. The staff was friendly and my room was quiet and clean.

No, I didn't experience anything I disliked.

Lovely hotel and very clean. We stayed on the back side of the hotel so had a lovely view. I was worried that it would be loud as our room was right next to the elevator, but we didn't hear any hallway noise. Great breakfast with varied options daily.

Indoor pool area was nice, but the water was too cold to enjoy the pool. Beds were hard in my opinion, but the rest of the family seemed comfortable.

The breakfast was very impressive. The hotel had a nice, modern appearance. It felt classy.

The room was essentially clean but even though the sheets and pillow cases were clean/laundered , the bedspread and coverlet were not. They smelled. Terrible , so gave me a yukbfeelingvwalking around the room and sleeping.

My first stay was on 6th floor and this one was 3rd floor, I'd say third floor cleaners are much better and room was great as was front desk staff  especially!!!!

Not a single thing this stay!!!¿¿

Clean Friendly staff Quality furnishings

King size room very nice and clean.

Pool was closed for 1 whole day.

Nice view from atop the hill. Breakfast was very good.

TV setup and remote were terrible. No guide and only up/down buttons to hunt for channels.

Convenient location

Shower head in bathroom did not put out enough water to wash down soap. Carpet in room was worn and dingy looking. Hard flooring was sticky.

The location is ideal to everything -- restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping.

The room was a tad small but it was very nice. This isn't intended as a complaint.

The hotel was right around the corner from a mall which was perfect. Age coming back from long days adventuring we were easily able to find food and entertainment. The staff were so polite and accommodating to any request.

I chose this hotel for the pool & used it once, for less than an hour. The level of chlorine in the pool caused my husband's nose to bleed and my son's skin to turn bright red for a few hours. I didn't even go in because just the smell gave me a migraine.

No way to walk to mall. With no car, we had to walk the main road to get to the mall.

The check in staff were very nice

The Carpet was old, soiled and dirty. The beds were noisey whenever you moved. The lobby tile floors were dirty and had footprints. The continental breakfast area was not open when advertised and fifteen minutes later it still was not available...

It was at a good location, the staff were super kind, and everything was clean. I liked that you have to ask for housekeeping, so you don¿t have to worry about being disturbed or remember the sign.

The only drawbacks were that the breakfast options were limited and the soundproofing could have been much better. We were woken up early in the morning by loud guest doors. The doors slam when you shut them and it is loud even all the way down the hall.

Location! Safe area!

Bathroom in suite was disgusting. Hair in sink and on counter. Toilet bowl was black. Top quilt on bed was filthy. Very noisy & hard to sleep!

It was very nice and clean.

We paid $30 extra a night for really cheap thrown together breakfast. And the pillows in the room are really bad.

Nice size T.V. ; comfy bed; quiet; near eating establishments.

My problem was with the ADA identification of the room. It would be helpful if more info was given. This was an ADA "hearing" adapted room, I needed, and thought I had reserved a physical ADA adaptation (walk-in shower or least more handrails in bathroom.
