Hampton Inn Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain

the manager of this hotel in July went above and beyond! It was my sons birthday and she caught wind and literally had the room decorated and had cupcakes waiting and a stuffed animal for not only my son that was turning 8but for his two sisters!

That we were only staying one night as we were traveling to St Louis from Orlando and then from the way back from St Louis to Orlando!

The location was absolutely perfect. I was there with my 2 boys and felt safe the whole time. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The best part about it was the water slide - I’m so happy we spent a little extra to stay here because it was a hit!

Location and staff

The indoor pool was CLOSED and the outdoor pool was cold. Breakfast was subpar. No yogurt, cereal, and only apples for fruit choice.

Cleanliness, BreakFast and location

The staff was acoomodating and friendly. My son loved the pools and water slide. We loved the convenience to all of the attractions.

Where to start? The continental breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and located close to everything handy for our stay. Not a single bad thing to say about it.

The cleanest and nicest hotel for the price. I was blown away! The beds were a good size queen also! Breakfast was good with many options for the entire family.

The only problem I had was being charged twice for the room. It¿s being taken care of.

Quiet, Scenic area close to major attractions.

Room thermostat was difficult without pressing temperature buttons several times really hard. Should be replaced.

The hotel was very well maintained. Very impressed with how clean and well stocked the rooms were.

There were no vending machines but you could buy at the front desk. I would like to have had a tub for bathing but the shower was very nice.

Super close to Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain and had a lot of families staying there.

The pool definitely looks bigger and better in pictures than it actually is and same for outdoor space. Lobby was extremely cold so we ate breakfast pretty quick because we were all freezing. Overall great experience though.

No vent in the hotel room bathrooms? Strange

1. Cleanliness, both room and common areas. 2. Updated bedding is always appreciated 3. Free parking & breakfast

1) High-pitched noise throughout the evening/night, which I think was the mini-fridge. 2) Room had too much highway noise By the time we realized these things, we were already unpacked and too tired to ask for a room change. 3) no fruit at breakfast

No cleaning done by staff,had to get own towels, room was not worth the money.

Just outside the city with a great view. Great bed and shower. Nice and quiet room.

Room was very clean! Hotel gym was nice, so was the indoor pool.

Location not the best, not much to walk to but convenient to get to the freeway

young man working the front desk upon arrival was very helpful with restaurant ideas and directions.

Very nice room. Friendly staff. Stay was during COVID 19 pandemic so no breakfast except for bags containing a muffin and 2 granola bars. They did their best in the circumstances. Beautiful location in the Appalachian Mountains.

The Location was PERFECT!!! We were 5 minutes from Ruby Falls and 8 minutes from River Walk and the Southern Bell Cruise! It a perfect location to all of the attractions. Breakfast was GREAT! HUGE selection for Breakfast! Loved the Fresh Fruit and yogurt

No! The staff were incredibly accommodating! The rooms were nice with GREAT views of the mountains! We LOVED this place and will definitely stay here again!
