Embassy Suites By Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place

The hotel is always beautiful at Christmas. Rooms are nice and comfortable. We always feel like it's worth the extra money.

Since I used the app check in feature I take responsibility for the room I chose! I would suggest a disclaimer for some rooms before you choose. I happened to pick one with the air handler unit right outside the window. It was very loud. I considered calling to change rooms but we just dealt with it.

Every staff person that I came contact with delivered exceptional customer service. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. I tend to nitpick and I was so impressed. I loved the party hour they reserve in the evenings for guests to mingle. We met some awesome families and our kids had a blast hanging out with other children. We ended up spending the evening in the lobby because we were having so much fun. Breakfast was delicious.

The location and hotel was great! I think her name was Marissa at the front desk in the evening, she was absolutely wonderful when we checked in.

Nothing it was perfect!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful along the way. Breakfast is always good at the Embassy! The pool and gym were great. The gym had a really good treadmill. Overall 10/10!

Lots of restaurants around hotel.

Well let’s start by Ruth Chris and the hotel parking is sharing a parking lot, Ruth Chris food is ok I mean the food is good but I think the service could’ve been better, I booked the largest room at this hotel ? for a 3 days of fun and excitement but I called down stairs for the house keeping on sat and they never came they so I went down stairs and spoke with someone they still didn’t come they finally showed up with only towels on Sunday evening after 4pm and then had the nerve to knock on the door at 9am asking what time was we checking out smh ?‍♂️ they can do that but not come clean the room when asked.. This used to be an ok hotel now they are slacking
