    • It was clean, But it was scary. It reminded you of the Bates Motel. I didn¿t want to stay. But my husband said if it was clean we were staying. We tried everywhere.
    • The facility was a 50's/60's/70's style motel. Staff was very friendly. Price was good, for the type of facility. Close restaurants, grocery store, and drug store. Tourist sites were within a reasonable driving distance. The A/C unit worked great.
    • The location to Lookout Mountain was good.

    Cons -

    • The place smelled so bad, I ate a day that I paid for and got a room at another motel. This was billed as a non-smoking room, but it smelled like 14 people had been hot boxing Camels for about a month in there.
    • It was showing its age bad.
    • Wi-Fi did not work in our room, despite calling desk about it. pool is filled in. paint in the room needs to be updated. a few unrepaired holes in the sheet rock. carpet needs to be deep cleaned, or replaced. bathroom needs several small cosmetic repaired

The location to Lookout Mountain was good.

The run stunk. There was an awful odor that you could smell when yoj entered the room. The Wi-Fi did not work. I received a message that indicated that I was too far out of range to use the guest Wi-Fi. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom

It was hot in the room and the remote for the TV didnt work well. It was not worth the price I had to pay. I have stayed at much nicer places for not much more than what I paid there

    3JamesPosted on: 10-12-2015

Room was not at all as described, I had full intention on staying there but physically couldn’t.

Room reeked of cigarette, I couldn’t stay there due to the severe headache.

The property is in a decent location on a main road. My GPS took me around the back entrance, which was a bit tight. But the main entrance has easy access. There's a good Indian restaurant down the street. Nice. The check-in experience was fine.

The main problem is the property is way past due for an overhaul. It needs a renovation badly. The electrical is rigged with wires showing, light switches in weird places, etc. The building is just very, very old and badly built on the inside. The bed was like cardboard (not comfortable). The pillows were good, which helped make up for the uncomfortable mattress. I wish I could give this place a better review. They do have the lowest prices I could find in town while I was there. I was not sorry I booked there because of the Indian restaurant I found down the street. It was good. :)

Its clise to a grocery store. Literally nothing else was good.

The room was dark dirty dindgy and had roaches. They tried to charge me extra for my son and service dog. The office staff were all extremely rude and tried to upcharge me upon arrival. They almost didnt let me have the room I booked. Absolutely no wifi. My sink was broken my toilet seat was broken, which i fixed myself. There's no maintenance apparently. Also there was a weird hole above my shower that made me really creeper out and I had to provide my own toilet paper.

    The place will rob you.

Try to reserve a room for the 4th and 5th 30 second later trying to get postponed for the next week, and then they denied it and stolen $82.00. From me

    horrible

Door locks did not work, no water pressure, dirty towels, no overhead light. 3 o’clock in morning staff has bunch of screaming people doing something next door waking me up

The guy who checked us in was really nice. The hot water was amazing.

1.) The duvet was clean, but stained. 2.) The toilet seat was loose.3.) The air conditioner took forever to cool the room down. 4.) The ice machine stayed empty.

    7JamesPosted on: 6-20-2022

The rooms, while quite old and in a mild state is disrepair, were clean and functional.

Most Electric plugs did not have a ground wire installed, meaning that anything with a three prong plug had very limited placed to be plugged in.

    3HomerPosted on: 5-26-2022

The hotel didn't have the amenities booking.com claimed they had. There was no pool, the TV cable wasn't working, the Air-conditioning barely worked and stunk of cigarettes, and the ice machine was broken. If I was able to cancel my 2nd night stay here because of the complete lack of service from booking.com. I will not be using booking.com again.

The night clerk came & helped us fix the TV when we got back to our room. It worked whet we checked in then didn't a few hours later. Booking online was okay.

The refrigerator was not cold, it had dirty shelves, there were no wall outlets near the bed to charge phones up with, the couch had dirty old napkins in it. The curtains were falling off, the heat wall unit wouldn't work most the night so it was a cold night. The bed blanket had stains on it, and bathroom sink was clogged up & no shower head in the shower so we did not use it at all. & the wall outlets behind the TV were coming off the wall & dresser was missing the top drawer.
