    • Location
    • Nothing besides the location.
    • Hard wood floors, front desk gentleman super nice and helpful

    Cons -

    • Price, beds, bedding, amenities were all poor
    • - Cockroaches - re-model was done by a two-year-old. - Bed like plywood with a blanket only making noise of a box spring with every move.
    • My son had to sleep in the car to avoid exacerbating his asthma because of the extreme dampness. I slept in my clothes on top of towels for a few hours before we gave up entirely and got back on the road at 3 am. For $---, this was absolutely unacceptable

The staff , not friendly. Pool was closed and no free breakfast just juice/coffee. The air conditioner was rattling loud ever time it turned on , pillows were hard, stains on bedspread. Spill marks on floor.Extra charge to check out 1 hr.later.

    Nothing stood out.

Bait and switch! I booked a king bed. I got a double bed. Not a queen size, but a full size. They told me when I checked in that that's what I was going to get. When I questioned them and told them I booked a king, they either didn't have it available ev

Location was good and close to things we wanted to do in Chattanooga.

There wasn't a manager there half the time that we stayed.

    4SarahPosted on: 1-26-2021

It was quiet. Tv worked well, hot shower, ac worked and room was clean. Ice available although had to go to another floor. No bugs. Microwave and fridge available but use microwave at your own risk. Price good but $400 cash deposit room could be better

$400 cash deposit. Even if room was prepaid. Towels were scratchy, pillows old and lumpy, bed old and sagging. Very small room. Outdated decor, tub wouldn't drain

    1AmandaPosted on: 1-22-2021

I didn't stay for my reservation I booked online because I didn't know there was a $400 deposit when you check in. The hotel staff said they would refund it and gave me a receipt but I've never got my money back.

    Clean room, friendly service, secure!

    10AaronPosted on: 8-6-2020

How clean it was. Very nice room for the price. Not beat up and under managed.

I understand about the adjustments we ALL have to make with this Virus issue going around. But so should the hotel, with Breakfast. At least offer fruit or drinks. Something is better than NOTHING. Grab N Go

    Rude manager, unsafe entry

    1JacquelinePosted on: 2-6-2020

Manager was hateful, there was bedbugs. We had just had a tree fall on our home and needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights and were treated like the bugs were from our home. We hadn't even been home in about a week. Rooms were just very unclean.

    Clean nice staff

Beds were very uncomfortable other than that it was good

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-16-2020

Really good rate Checked in late left early Bathroom was remodeled and done well

Pergo floors need shop vacuuming in corners and behind furniture pieces,

    10Ricky DewaynePosted on: 10-3-2019

It is very convenient. I like they serve breakfast. The room was big & nice.

The only thing was that our room did smell a little musty.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-21-2019

Don't stay here! The safety mechanism was broken and didn't work. The beds were terrible and springy. The pillows were foam. There were bugs crawling around the room and breakfast was breads, juice and bad coffee.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-18-2019

Our room was unacceptable,2nd floor when we arrived. We expressed our dislike and was offered another room 2doors down, which was also bad. We complained that this was unacceptable. The front desk then offered us an upgrade for $20 cash.Upgrade 1st floor:)

Very sad that the price we originally paid was a trick in order to get us there, but a decent room was more money after we arrived! That is bad business!!! They were also rude because we were 10 min. past check out. Perfection for us but not them. LOL
