Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Downtown

Location was great

Sheets were dirty. Faucet had NO water pressure.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to Chattanooga. It is downtown so we can park our car and walk were we want. The breakfast r great and staff is wonderful.

Couldnt ask for more, in fact we asked for a place for dinner and the lady sent us to a fabulous restaurant where we had a fabulous meal.

Staff was great. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was close to everything downtown.

The towels were cheap, thin, and rough. Would have thought better quality for a Hilton. The pillows were very flat and flimsy.

Parking is tight for anything other than a midsize sedan. The light in the bathroom leaves a little to be desired.

Parking was inconvenient. Had to go to the basement parking. There was also no grass area for my dog and it was supposed to be pet friendly.

It was a battle to get the hotel to clean our room daily. I had to call corporate and to make the hotel clean our room. Floor was disgusting on arrival and took them 2 days before they came and mopped it. COVID is being used as an excuse to cut corners.

We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. Plenty of items to pick from. Great location to visit downtown Chattanooga. Be sure to visit the Choo Choo and Gate 11 distillery.

Due to Covid, housekeeping did not tidy up in room daily. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and other items.

They lady who check me out was wonderful.

It should have stated the pool was out on the site I basically wasted $--- dollars I only booked the room because it stated it had an a inside pool.

The breakfast was plain. The station was set up and there was nobody or no food to serve. Don't advertise hot breakfast if it's not going to be hot. I was told this by the staff.😤🤬😤🤬

They didn't serve a hot breakfast for the 2 days I was there. Don't advertise it if your not going do it. They had the station set up but it was no food, no employee no nothing. They serve yogurt, biscuit, juice etc.....😡😡😡

Breakfast on Sunday morning was good they had omelets and sausage. Monday morning no hot food at all.

the staff was friendly

the room wasn't as clean as it should have been found paper on floor telling me it hadn't been vaccumed well enough. bathroom counter was old. and the beds were terrible. they sunk in spots, all 3 of us had back aches when we left. noisy from traffic.
