Quiet clean courteous

Clean comfortable, nice room,good breakfast, nice veiw of wal mart down below.

The staff was good, exept for the lady tending breakfast.very grumpy.

Coffee in lobby

Room location by elevator, pillows and bed worn out, and lights from parking lot illuminated the room all night.

We asked for the quiet end of the hotel which we got but still rather noisy. Could not keep the air on because of the noise it made.

This hotel should be the standard for ALL hotels. Updated. Super clean. Friendly staff. Located conveniently right off the interstate. We even ate the continental breakfast, which was also good. The lady working the dining room kept it well stocked

2nd time staying at Fairfield Inn in a week. Big kiddos to staff and cleanliness.

We stay in many Holiday Inn Expresses every year. Breakfast was excellent.

Lots of little stuff: lobby coffee cold, ran out of body wash in tub, bed sheets made incorrectly-only 2/3 up the bed, no decalfinated coffee in room, it took the counter person over 15 min to check us in. She said computer issues, etc.

The room was extremely pleasing ! We just happened upon this gem while traveling !! The room was clean breakfast was good . View from room was looking out over the mountains !!

Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure.

The view from the room was breathtaking, the free breakfast was great! We appreciated not having to pay for parking. Location is excellent, near the entrance to the highway; there was a good variety of restaurants around the hotel also.

I tried 2 different rooms & both tubs had mildew around

Rooms are definitely cheaply accommodated.. charged twice

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great (spinach quiche!).

Everything was great, but my card was charged $100.00. Now I have to dispute this.

The hotel was wonderful! It was so clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and breakfast was available.

Wish there were more options for breakfast but all in all it was a good experience and I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location, close to everything! Plus the hotel itself, up on a hill, has a really beautiful view. The front desk staff was super friendly and likeable and helpful. I initially dealt with staff and she was great.

The shower/bath had some visible mold in the cracks. That was not okay.

In the mountains

Pool wasn't open but across the street was. My kids just keep looking at everyone swimming.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good

There was road noise as it was next to the highway

Easy access to main hwy , clean.

The only thing missing was soap ,shampoo, hair conditioner was supposedly en a bottle but did not have any , need to ask and the lady at front lobby provides with shampoo, she didn’t have soap or hair conditioner. So we used the hand soap instead.

Close to attraction

Kinda dirty. Stained carpet and shower curtains

I loved the view. It was also very convenient to Lookout Mountain where we wanted to visit.

Highway was a bit noisy but other than that it was fine.

Just that COVID ruined the chance of swimming. And the same thing in the breakfast bags each morning. But we understood!
